What You’ll Do
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This hands-on role will work closely with the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor and report directly to the Director of Maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring timely repairs, improving turnaround times, and reducing repeat repairs.
This position requires someone who is willing to travel to our western branches to provide support and training. A strong focus on Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) and maintaining high maintenance standards is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across all western branches.
Collaborate with the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor and other team members to ensure consistency and quality in maintenance work.
Lead efforts to improve turnaround times and reduce repeat repairs.
Conduct and oversee Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) on vehicles.
Train and mentor maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
Ensure that maintenance tasks are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and provide hands-on support as needed.
Develop and implement strategies to improve overall fleet performance and reduce downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a supervisory maintenance role (preferably in a fleet or industrial setting).
Strong understanding of fleet maintenance practices, including PMI and repair diagnostics.
Ability to lead and mentor a team, with excellent communication and training skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
Willingness to travel to western branch locations as required.
Hands-on, proactive, and willing to work alongside your team to get the job done.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance environments.
CDL B required
ASE preferred
