We are hiring for a Senior Software Developer. We are currently recruiting out of Downers Grove, IL (hybrid in-office schedule), and Atlanta, GA (work-from-home).
As a Senior Software Developer, you will:
Contribute to the design, implementation, and deployment phases of agile software development.
Develop new features and infrastructure to support evolving business needs and project requirements.
Build and maintain scalable distributed systems that enhance user experiences and drive business growth.
Lead new projects from initial concept through to deployment.
Ensure high performance, uptime, & scalability of applications while maintaining rigorous standards for code quality & application design.
Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Develop custom solutions and applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Create insightful and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Collaborate with software partners, team members, and customers to develop solutions.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in full stack development and the Microsoft Power Platform.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or comparable career experience.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).
Experience with back-end languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java, .NET, Node.js).
Strong knowledge of database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Extensive experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to excel in a team-driven environment.

It’s great if you also have:
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS)
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, ADO, etc.).
Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies.
Experience within the transportation or trucking industry
Knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance System (VMRS) codes and various Dealer Management Systems (DMS) & Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
