NationaLease VP of Member Services Retiring

May 16, 2007, Downers Grove, IL − Penny Davoren, Vice President of Member Services for NationaLease, the largest full-service truck leasing organization in North America, will retire from the company on June 30th after 15-years of service.

Penny joined NationaLease in 1992 and initiated many programs to enhance NationaLease member benefits during her 15-year tenure with the organization. In 1995, under her guidance, NationaLease introduced the GreenShop® Program, a system-wide commitment to improved standards for environmental and shop safety. In 2002, she launched the Developing Member category of NationaLease membership. Penny’s passion for her work and commitment to NationaLease members was widely recognized. In the last four annual Member Satisfaction Surveys, Member Services was one of the highest rated departments by NationaLease members.

Before joining NationaLease, Penny was Director of Community Relations for Coopers & Lybrand, (now known as Price Waterhouse Coopers). She holds Bachelor of Science and Master’s in Business Administration degrees from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.

In her retirement, Penny will focus her energies on Habitat for Humanity, cycling, vacations, and traveling to Ireland with her two sons. She currently resides in Western Springs, Illinois.
