NationaLease Board of Directors Elects New Officers

NationaLease, one of the largest full service truck leasing organizations in North America, swears in new officers to its Board of Directors, as well as several new board members.

November 10, 2011, Downers Grove, IL – NationaLease, one of the largest full service truck leasing organizations in North America, announces the newly elected officers of its Board of Directors.

Now serving as Chairman is Tom Bylenga of Star Truck Rentals, Inc., a NationaLease Member, Grand Rapids, MI; as Vice Chairman, Fred Bentley of Bentley Truck Services Inc., a NationaLease Member, Philadelphia, PA; and as Treasurer, Bobbie Sue Beasley of Carco NationaLease, Fort Smith, AR. Bill Hicks of Salem NationaLease, Norcross, GA, serves as Past Chairman.

New to the Board of Directors are Vic Corley of C&W NationaLease, Abilene, TX; Tom James of Fox & James NationaLease, Latrobe, PA; and Gerry Flynn of TCI Leasing/Rentals, a NationaLease Member, Commerce, CA. Jack Zolomy, a transportation industry consultant, now serves as a Director-at-Large.

Making up the rest of the Board are current directors Matt Cummings of Cummings Leasing Inc., a NationaLease Member, Pompano Beach, FL; Doug Clark, CEO of NationaLease, Downers Grove, IL; and industry consultant Dave Renz as a Director-at-Large.
