NationaLease Addresses Industry Challenges at Its 2015 Spring Business Meeting

Economic trends, employee retention, and executive ‘blind spots’ are the topics to be covered by this year’s exciting and thought-provoking speakers.

March 03, 2015, Downers Grove, IL –NationaLease, one of the largest full service truck leasing organizations in North America, will hold its 2015 Spring Business Meeting, March 16-17 at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort in Amelia Island, FL.  This meeting is held in conjunction with TRALA’s Annual Meeting, March 15-19 at the same location. Each year, executives from NationaLease member companies meet to discuss the latest trends, technology, and issues that impact business currently and into the future.

This year’s speakers will pinpoint the current challenges that can create roadblocks to growth and profitability. They include: Jim Meil, Principal, Industry Analysis with ACT Research, covering the state of the economy and how it will impact business; Dick Finnegan, CEO of C-Suite Analytics, who will reveal the secret to combatting personnel turnover by recognizing and retaining the best employees; and, ‘fiscal doctor’ Gary Patterson, renowned management consultant, who will focus on helping business leaders recognize those areas that are draining their company’s profitability.
