BRAD FAUVRE

Velocity Truck Rental and Leasing, a NationaLease Member

Brad Fauvre is the President of Velocity Vehicle Group, a privately owned group of companies that serves the truck, bus, and capital equipment finance markets. VVG operates 24 truck and bus dealership locations in the Southwest and offers full-service leasing through Velocity Truck Rental and Leasing, a NationaLease affiliate. VVG's subsidiary, Crossroads Equipment Lease and Finance, provides capital to truck and equipment operators nationwide. Prior to his role at VVG, Fauvre worked for HAL Investments Inc. in Palo Alto, CA, where he handled private equity investments for maritime and industrial concerns. He also held various positions with The Boston Consulting Group. He earned his MBA from Harvard University and his AB in Economics from Occidental College. Fauvre is actively involved with various company boards and professional groups, and he volunteers with his school alumni organizations.

TAYLOR BROWN

Brown NationaLease

Taylor Brown is President of Brown NationaLease, the largest independent rental and leasing company in the Upper Midwest with 21 locations in 5 states and nearly 500 employees. After graduating from the University of Iowa in 2009 with a B.B.A. in Management, Taylor began his career working for MHC Kenworth before returning to the family business. Since 2010 he has held multiple positions within the company before becoming President in 2017. In addition to serving on the board Taylor has been active in NationaLease meeting and committees, including being a member of the NationaLease Next Gen.

Airoldi Brothers NationaLease

Jim Airoldi is the Secretary Treasure of Airoldi Brothers NationaLease, the largest commercial truck leasing company in the state of Wisconsin. As a third-generation family owner, Jim has been an integral part of the company’s leadership since 2011 following the passing of his father, Jim Airoldi Sr. Alongside his siblings, Cheri and Mike, Jim has continued the legacy of excellence and commitment that defines Airoldi Brothers. Jim plays a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial health and strategic direction. With deep roots in the family business, Jim is dedicated to upholding the values and vision of Airoldi Brothers while steering the company toward continued success.

Doug Clark has served as Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of Corcentric (formerly AmeriQuest) since 1996. His professional experience includes stints in public accounting, investment banking, and as a technology and transportation entrepreneur. Doug was instrumental in growing Corcentric into one of the leading tech-enabled business services companies with more than 2,000 customers throughout North America. During his tenure, he has led the company to be named nine times to the Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies.

KURT KETTNER

Koch NationaLease

Kurt Kettner is Vice President and General Manager of Koch NationaLease; a division of Stan Koch & Sons Trucking, Inc. (Koch Companies). Koch Companies is a multi-faceted company offering a full slate of transportation services, including truckload freight hauling, logistics, warehousing, and truck and trailer leasing. Kettner began his career with Koch in 1996 as Director of Sales & Marketing and assumed the role of Vice President & General Manager in 1998. He has been with the company for over 23 years and has over 32 years’ experience with the truck leasing industry. Kettner also achieved Platinum Level six times in the NationaLease Masters Club Sales Award Program throughout his career. He received his B.A. in Business Management from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. Kettner and his wife Angela reside in Ramsey, MN.

MATT SVANCARA

Aim NationaLease

Matt Svancara is the Chief Operating Officer - Leasing at Aim Transportation Solutions where he is responsible for leading and overseeing six essential segments of the Leasing Company: Sales, Vehicle Maintenance, Truck Rental, Marketing, ProShop/Managed Maintenance, and Asset purchasing. His journey at Aim NationaLease began as a District Manager, and he has held various leadership roles over the years, including Regional Vice President and General Manager for the Midwest, and just prior to his COO role, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where Matt led Aim’s Sales, Rental and Marketing teams, focusing on revenue retention and growth. Matt earned both his BA in Finance and MBA from Baldwin Wallace University in Cleveland, Ohio. Matt has nearly 29 years of experience working within the NationaLease system. Matt has been nationally recognized as top performer in sales in the U.S. and has received the NationaLease Masters Club Platinum award 15 Times, North American Salesperson of the year 2 times, and was inducted into the NationaLease Sales Hall of Fame. Outside of his professional accomplishments, Matt enjoys working out, fishing, and spending time with his wife and their adult sons.

MARK MILLER

Miller NationaLease

Mark Miller has a BA in Business from Wake Forest and an Executive MBA from Villanova. He is married to Kim and has three children, Dominic, Kiley, and Trish. Mark is currently President of Miller Transportation Group which consists of dealership, truck leasing, and logistics solutions businesses. He is active in St. Andrews Church, the Lumberton Youth Association, the Truck Rental and Leasing Association (TRALA) Government Relations and Security Committees, Ford Philadelphia Dealer Advertising, Sacred Heart CYO, RV Lacrosse, Westampton Indoor Soccer League, Medford Youth Athletic Association, RV Education Foundation, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Mt. Holly Rotary and Mt. Holly Elks. He currently serves as a Board member for NationaLease.

BOB CORRELL

Freightliner Sales - Retired

Bob began his career with Daimler Trucks North America in 1989 at the Cleveland Truck Manufacturing Plant where he held several leadership positions which included Manufacturing Engineer, Facilities Manager, and TOS Manager. Over the course of his 30 year career he has been appointed Director of Manufacturing for American LaFrance Division, Director of Manufacturing Sterling Trucks, and Plant Manager of Sterling Trucks in St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada. Prior to the VP of Sales role, Bob held the position as General Manager of Central Service where his responsibilities included all Field Operations, Service Engineering, Call Center Operations, Diagnostics, Service Literature, Repair Methods and Service Training.

TERRY YOUNG

Terry Young, past Principal of Advantage Truck Leasing and Advantage Truck Centers, is a 50-year veteran of the Transportation Industry.
Terry’s career began in a truck dealership in the early seventies and moved on to a 25-year career with Volvo Truck Corporation. He served as Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations for Volvo’s North American business and served as Chairman of the Board for Volvo GM Heavy Truck Corp. in Canada. In 1995 he purchased a Dealership and Leasing Company in Charlotte. The business grew over the years to include several Truck Leasing and Dealership operations across the state of NC.
Terry is a past Chairman of the Truck Rental and Leasing Association and continues his industry work currently as a board member of NationaLease. He is an avid big game sport fisherman, NASCAR fan and golfer.
