Success NationaLease, a locally owned and operated company with 50 years of experience, is seeking a dynamic individual with truck rental and leasing expertise to manage and grow our commercial truck fleet. This role offers a combination of fleet management and outside sales responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers on a daily basis
Perform daily inventory checks and monitor fleet conditions
Supervise an Inside Rental Representative
Conduct outside sales calls to generate new business
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Prior experience in commercial truck rental and leasing
Proven ability to manage personnel, maintain customer relationships, and drive sales
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Position Details:
Location: Kansas City, KS
Department hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM (coverage split between two team members)
Starting Base Salary: $47,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience
Incentive Programs:
Monthly bonus based on achieving revenue goals
Quarterly bonus for hitting Gross Margin targets
Combined incentives could add up to 25% of base salary
