Kevin Holland

With over 20 years of experience in heavy duty and automotive sales, marketing, parts, and service, Kevin Holland began working for Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) in 2002. He joined the company in a Parts Marketing role for Detroit Diesel, and then transitioned into the service organization in 2004 where he was responsible for service documentation and parts cataloging. Kevin then assumed responsibility for the DTNA service training organization in 2006. Most recently, he joined Freightliner’s Natural Gas sales team after becoming involved in natural gas service readiness through his previous role.
Charles May

Charles May has over 25 years of demonstrated leadership in assessing requirements, developing strategies, engaging stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and delivering operational objectives in private enterprise and the public sector including the U.S. Department of Defense. Charles is a senior-level executive with experience as a systems engineer and product manager, a corporate principal, a Fortune ‘50’ program manager, and in highly visible positions as an executive director of business development. In all instances, he has been responsible for process discipline in identifying, acquiring, and deploying information, communication, and production capabilities for dynamic operational and cultural environments.
Jack Schickler

Upon his retirement as a General Motors executive after 33 years of service, Jack Schickler founded three companies dedicated to vehicle field service with a focus upon trucks and heavy equipment. All are thriving today. One of them is the popular FleetCrossTM System which is used internationally and is accessed 30,000 times per day on the Internet. In GM, Jack’s experience included engineering, manufacturing, and field service assignments for an extensive range of engine control products and systems, including both gasoline and diesel electronic fuel injectors and emission control devices. He is thoroughly familiar with the requirements for technical service of such systems. In 1984, he founded GM TechlineTM as the worldwide system of computerized diagnostics and service information for GM vehicles that is still used today.
