Sales Workshop
Sales trainer Sean Leahy will conduct a workshop for NationaLease members on Winning Sales & Sales Management. He will discuss with attendees the importance of salespeople and review two important topics: the B2B Sales Approach and Sales Management. During B2B Sales Approach, members will simulate Buyer-Seller exercises and learn different techniques to effectively negotiate. The Sales Management section will address how to inspire and motivate, set objectives, formulate strategy, provide coaching, and develop a team of winners.
