R. Eric Jones has been an active and appreciative member of the aviation and aerospace industry since 1989. Starting as a plane handler in the U.S. Navy, he has been fortunate to hold many positions within the field with a comprehensive knowledge of military, commercial, agricultural, and business applications of aviation and aerospace. As the industry progresses, Eric has continually educated himself to stay abreast of current trends and technologies that are inevitable within aviation. Change is the only true constant. Composites, Fly-by-Optics, Commercial Space Operations, and the emergence of UAS technologies are current academic interests. While the technology is fascinating he is also keenly aware of the human element that aviation and aerospace supports. Safety is always his number one concern and takes great pride in the responsibility entrusted to him as an aviator, maintainer, and professor.

Aaron Lowe, AAP

Aaron Lowe

Aaron Lowe has been with the Auto Care Association, and previously with the Automotive Parts and Accessories Association (APAA), for more than 30 years. He currently oversees the Auto Care Association’s federal and state legislative and regulatory efforts, focusing on a wide range of environmental, vehicle safety, workplace-health and safety, and international trade issues. He also serves as liaison to the Upholstery and Trim International segment of the Auto Care Association.

Lowe was the recipient of the Northwood University Automotive Aftermarket Management Education Award in 2003 and has been on the board of directors and steering committee for several aftermarket coalitions including the California Automotive Task Force (CATF). He also coordinated the Auto Care Association’s successful effort in 2012 to obtain enactment of the Motor Vehicle Owners’ Right to Repair Act in the commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as the 2014 Right to Repair national agreement between the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers, the Association of Global Automakers, the Auto Care Association and the Coalition for Automotive Repair Equality. Right to Repair ensures that independent service entities have effective and affordable access to the information, tools, and software to work on today’s highly sophisticated computer-controlled vehicle systems. Prior to the Auto Care Association, Lowe worked for an energy consulting firm specializing in renewable fuels legislation and regulation.

Michael O’Hearn

Michael O’Hearn

Michael O’Hearn is the Regional Sales Support Manager for Freightliner Trucks in the Southern Region. He works closely with Regional and District Managers and is responsible for the management of reporting, forecasting and analysis of economic and market data to bolster increased product sales. Prior to joining the Southern Region Sales team, Michael was a part of Daimler’s CAReer Top Talent Program, working in various project management capacities both domestically and abroad. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Belmont Abbey College and a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
