George Arrants

George Arrants is currently the Director of Training & Recruitment for the WheelTime Network, which includes the WheelTime University (WTU) that provides on-line assessments, training, and ASE test preparation for WheelTime member technicians and fleets that may not have their own training program. WTU has designed instructor-lead courses to support and enhance the on-line training. As part of the recruitment component of the position, George is developing a program to assist the members 200+ locations to fill their workforce needs. As an Automotive Education Consultant, specializing in NATEF/ASE Accreditation, he works with instructors and administrators to develop partnership with local business and industry through the programs advisory committees.

Ronny Brown

Director of Maintenance, Catawba Rental Company, Inc., a NationaLease Member

Ronny Brown

Ronny Brown was born with grease in his blood. He started working on small equipment in his grandfather’s garage at the age of 12. After that, he worked for a tractor company and a machine shop in high school.

Ronny graduated from Nashville Auto Diesel Collage with honors and worked at the Peterbilt truck plant. After finishing school, Ronny worked at a Dodge dealer for a year and a half and then moved to the family-owned business at Catawba Rental Company, Inc., a NationaLease Member. He has held most jobs related to the shop in his 33 years of service and is now the Director of Maintenance and a certified ASE Master Truck Tech. In 2010, Ronnie Brown was inducted into the Nashville Auto-Diesel College Hall of Fame. He was chosen with only 8 others who were nominated and is among a prestigious group of only 60 others nationwide who are inductees.

Jane Clark

Vice President of Member Services, NationaLease

Jane Clark

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an M.A. in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Rob Garcia

Vice President of New Business Development, Supply Management, NationaLease

Rob Garcia

Robert Garcia, Vice President of New Business Development, Supply Management, focuses on providing competitive advantage through strengthened supplier relationships, reduced cost, and improved supplier accountability throughout NationaLease supply chain programs. Rob brings an accomplished background in product line management with market analysis expertise. Rob’s professional experience includes several years spent as Division Director of Purchasing with Masterpiece Homes in Orlando, Florida, where he was responsible for all purchasing, supplier negotiations, and supply management activities. Rob also served 9 years as Senior Operations Manager for Ryder Transportation Services where he was responsible for managing vehicle operation centers, marketing, and financial activities. Rob earned a BA and MBA - Finance, from the University of Miami.

Glen Kedzie

Glen Kedzie

Glen Kedzie manages ATA’s highly-respected energy, environmental, and sustainability practice and is staff executive tor ATA’s Energy & Environmental Policy Committee reporting to the Board of Directors. Glen leads ATA’s legal and policy advocacy efforts on energy, environmental, and climate change matters; counsels clients on regulatory compliance issues; transitioned the industry into using the cleanest fuels and engines on the road today; developed and implemented an industry-wide sustainability plan; ushered in first-ever greenhouse gas/fuel consumption standards for trucks; and coordinates the expansion of natural gas as an alternative transportation fuel.

Edward R. Leonard

Edward R. Leonard

Edward R. Leonard is a partner in the Orange County office of Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow and Canter since 1979. His practice focuses on products liability, trucking, medical malpractice, construction accidents, employment, and general civil defense and is a civil trial lawyer with an emphasis on defending corporations and their insurers. Edward received his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University in 1974 and his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1978. He has been practicing in the Orange County area since admission to the California Bar in 1978.

Scott Marzec

Scott Marzec, Member Programs Manager for NationaLease, is responsible for managing the multiple product and service programs available to our members. Scott has previous experience in the transportation industry, including customer management, fleet management, and sales for STI Services. He also managed the daily operations for fleet marketing company Innovation Group, and was the lead sales rep responsible for the growth of the company’s repair network.

Joe Puff

Joe Puff is the Vice President of Truck Technology and Maintenance for NationaLease. He has more than 35 years of experience in complex sales and fleet operations, including extensive experience in commercial vehicle maintenance. Joe is responsible for advising NationaLease members and the National Account team of new truck technology, industry trends, and maintenance best practices.

Tyler Robertson

Tyler has been involved with the commercial truck industry and computerized diagnostic repairs for over 15 years. He is the founder and owner of Diesel Laptops, a company specializing in finding the right diesel diagnostic solutions for customers in all diesel engine markets, such as commercial truck (medium- and heavy-duty), construction, and agriculture.

Dean Vicha

Dean was named President of NationaLease in 2012 and has been with the company since 2005. At that time, he was part of the National Account team in the Midwest, where he helped grow the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease Members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Dean became Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team, in 2011, to a record-breaking year in sales.
