Jane Clark

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an M.A. in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Mark Goldman

Mark Goldman

Mark Goldman is the founder of both MGR Accounting Recruiters, which helps employers fill accounting positions in the greater San Antonio area, and Where Accounts Go, a career resource site for accounting and bookkeeping professionals in Texas. He entered the recruiting industry in 1993 after working in public accounting handling tax and general business consulting. Mark has served on the local board of directors for the San Antonio Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs, as well as on the state-level general board of TSCPA. He graduated from St. Mary’s University with a BBA in Accounting.

David Gray

David Gray, a leading expert in transportation regulatory compliance, has owned and operated Oregon-based Glostone Trucking Solutions since 2001. He, along with his wife, Shirley, have led the company’s transformation and growth, making it the largest truck transportation regulatory compliance company in the Pacific Northwest. In 2011, Mr. Gray acquired CleanFleet, a drug and alcohol program management company. Operating both companies provides a unique one-stop-shop for providing truck transportation regulatory compliance services. He is President of the North American Transportation Services Association and serves on a number of transportation industry boards.

Sarah House is a vice president and economist with Wells Fargo Securities. Based in Charlotte, N.C., she covers the U.S. macro economy, including the labor market, manufacturing sector, and inflation trends. She regularly writes indicator reports, produces special commentary, and contributes to the company’s Weekly Economic & Financial Commentary. Sarah frequently speaks about the economy to the national media, including Bloomberg News and National Public Radio.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2010, Sarah worked as a research associate for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Sarah earned a B.A. in economics from Tulane University in New Orleans and an MSc in local economic development from the London School of Economics. She is a member of the National Association of Business Economics and the Charlotte Economics Club.

Kelly O’Rourke is a Practice Director at Point B, a management consulting agency specializing in strategic execution. He uses his broad experience collaborating with business and client leadership to achieve desired outcomes in both local and global environments. Kelly has over 25 years of experience leading high performance organizations with proven results in growing successful businesses, program leadership, business architecture, process design, information technology, and operations. Prior to joining Point B, Kelly was the Director of Global Business Analysis and Solutions for National Instruments. He received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and currently serves as President of the Austin Vipers Basketball Club, a non-profit volunteer organization.

Prior to joining Clark Hill Strasburger, Soña served as Briefing Attorney to Chief Justice Phil Hardberger and Justice Phyllis Speedlin with the Fourth Court of Appeals in San Antonio.

Venn Ravichandr

Venn is a Senior Associate at Point B and leads our data analytics team in Phoenix. He has significant experience in statistics, data analysis, predictive modeling, algorithm development, data visualization, and programming spanning 20 years. He has partnered with clients to mature their data and analytics capabilities and develop data-driven insights through data modeling. Specifically, he has applied AI and machine learning to improve the intuitive control of lower limb prosthetics and to understand the neural control of movement. Venn has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University, MASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, and a BE in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the National Institute of Technology - Tiruchirappalli.

Dean was named President of NationaLease in 2012 and has been with the company since 2005. At that time, he was part of the National Account team in the Midwest, where he helped grow the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease Members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Dean became Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team, in 2011, to a record-breaking year in sales.

Jennifer Wieroniey

Jennifer Wieroniey is Manager of the National Accounting and Finance Council (NAFC), an affiliate of American Trucking Associations (ATA). Jennifer was brought on to help restore NAFC’s status as a stand-alone group with its own membership and dues. She has worked to increase the number of advisory board members and re-establish study groups on issues that include taxation, credit and collections, financial relations, accounting principles, risk management, and information technology. Before joining ATA, Jennifer worked in the corporate finance department at Merrill Lynch. She is a graduate of the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University in Philadelphia.
