Jane Clark

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an M.A. in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Neil Dishman

Neil Dishman

Neil Dishman is a Principal in the Chicago, Illinois, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His business is helping employers prevent and resolve disputes with their employees. Mr. Dishman helps employers reduce risk and minimize legal costs by giving advice on difficult personnel decisions before litigation ensues. When litigation is unavoidable, he helps employers protect their assets and reputations by vigorously and efficiently defending them from employee lawsuits. Mr. Dishman counsels and defends employers on a wide spectrum of issues, including race, sex, age, religion, national origin, disability and sexual-orientation discrimination; sexual harassment; retaliatory discharge; Family and Medical Leave; and wage-hour compliance. He assists employers in a wide variety of industries, with particular experience in the real-estate, non-profit, manufacturing, and health-care fields. Mr. Dishman has jury-trial experience and is a member of the Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Ian Hardie

Ian served for over 20 years in the Royal Navy as a Chief Petty Officer, Air Traffic Control Specialist, and Senior Careers Advisor, where he selected the best suited candidates for over 70 different career specializations. He has also worked as a Veterans Employment Specialist and managed veterans’ Programs that assisted veterans in obtaining gainful employment. Ian is currently the Employment Services Director at Universal Technical Institute where his goal is to enable all UTI graduates to secure employment in their chosen field.

Robin Kinsey

Robin Kinsey

Robin Kinsey is an Hours of Service/ELD Training Specialist for Geotab, hosting training sessions and speaking at conferences throughout North America. She has an extensive background in technology and telematics. Prior to joining the Geotab team, Robin spent 25 years in the technology industry in various capacities. Robin also served in the United States Marine Corp as a Communication Center Operator. In her role at Geotab, she is responsible for ensuring that Geotab distributors across North America are properly versed on all aspects of the Hours of Service Regulations and Geotab Hours of Service/ELD solutions.

Dianne is an HR practitioner with 20+ years of experience impacting workplaces where people can come together to perform meaningful work as they unleash their purpose and potential in achieving the vision and goals of the organization. She brings a broad range of expertise in organization development, change management, recruiting, career coaching, benefits/compensation administration and leadership development to her Human Resources consulting practice. Prior to launching Possibility Partners, Dianne was the Chief Possibility Officer with YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, where she was able to create a culture of “everybody matters.” Possibility Partner conversations, which replaced the annual performance reviews, were instrumental in that culture shift. Over the years, she has been engaged, as both an employee and as a consultant with numerous organizations, ranging from entrepreneurial startups to major corporations, in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Dianne began her career in customer service and operations management with Deluxe Check. She received her BA from DePaul’s School for New Learning and subsequently has completed a mediation training program at DePaul.

In 2017, Tim Spurlock co-founded American Diesel Training Centers with Chris Ellis in Columbus, OH, to solve the diesel mechanic shortage. ADTC’s 300-hour intensive, hands-on program focuses on basic mechanical tasks around brakes, preventative maintenance, electrical, and emissions. ADTC’s system also focuses on developing mechanics with intangibles, such as attitude, aptitude, timeliness, teamwork, and willingness to progress in an organization. Prior to founding American Diesel, Tim spent 25 years in educational publishing/technology. From 2009-2017, Tim was Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development for CDX Learning. At CDX, Tim’s team grew CDX revenues by 300%, all via organic sales and new product launches.

Elicia Torres started her professional career in the staffing industry managing recruitment and placement of employees as well as employee and customer relations for key accounts. After 6 years in the staffing industry, she moved into the administration management which eventually led her to the truck rental and leasing industry in 2006. She joined Velocity Truck Rental & Leasing in 2013. In her current role, Elicia manages multiple corporate administration departments including accounting, billing, collections, compliance/licensing, contract administration, credit services, customer service, and human resources/employee relations.

Dean was named President of NationaLease in 2012 and has been with the company since 2005. At that time, he was part of the National Account team in the Midwest, where he helped grow the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease Members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Dean became Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team, in 2011, to a record-breaking year in sales.
