Jane Clark

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an M.A. in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Paul Darley

Paul C. Darley is Chairman, CEO, and President of W.S. Darley & Co. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Finance from Marquette University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management Master’s degree in Emotional Intelligence from the University of Illinois. In 2010, W.S. Darley & Co was named the Loyola University Illinois Family Business of the Year and was recognized by Marquette University as Alumnus Family Business of Year in 2009. He has numerous family business speaking engagements including “Resolving Sibling Conflict in Family Business” at the annual Family Business Magazine Conference. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for several civic, corporate, and charitable organizations.

Prior to establishing Greentree Advisors in 2018, Ken spent 31 years with Eaton PLC, most recently as Vehicle Group President. During his time spent in this role, he helped generate $3.5B in group revenue, managed 46 facilities in 15 countries, and led eight joint ventures for the industrial manufacturer. With almost four decades of experience in the global vehicle industry, Ken serves as a member of several joint venture boards of directors, including Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies, Southwest Michigan First, and Gilmore Car Museum. He received a BS degree in General Management from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

An experienced supply chain executive and spokesperson in the logistics provider industry, Joe Gallick served as the Senior Vice President of Penske Logistics for thirteen years after four years as the Vice President National Accounts for Penske Truck Leasing before joining NationaLease.

Joe is a graduate of Montclair State University and currently serves as a liaison with the Penn State University Center for Supply Chain Research. He was the 2010 recipient of the Penn State University Robert D. Pashek Award for his contributions to the logistics and transportation fields, one of only twenty-five academic, governmental or industry professionals honored since the center’s inception. He is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Truck Rental and Leasing Association, as well as various industry trade organizations.

Dan Golden is a veteran digital marketing executive, entrepreneur and business innovator. Dan is a search geek at heart and still spends time auditing accounts, testing new tactics, diving into analytics, and making strategic recommendations for his clients. Dan has spent time on the client-side, with large agencies and had a brief stint at Google before launching Be Found Online (BFO). As President and Co-founder of the Chicago based digital agency, BFO has been awarded as Ad Age’s #1 Best Place to Work and a six-time Inc. 5,000 honoree as well as recognition for client work from the US Search Awards, Landy Awards and the US Drum Search Awards.

As the Member Programs Manager, Scott is responsible for managing the multiple product and service programs available to our members. He has previous experience in the transportation industry, including customer management, fleet management, and sales for STI Services. Scott also managed the daily operations for fleet marketing company Innovation Group, and was the lead sales rep responsible for the growth of the company’s repair network.

Joe is responsible for advising NationaLease members and the National Account team of new truck technology, industry trends, and maintenance best practices.

Andrew Stasiowski

Andrew Stasiowski has more than 15 years of experience in state legislation formerly as Senior Legislative Assistant to Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV). Andrew served in Capito's office in many capacities from 2008-2015, specializing in transportation policy as well as financial services, budget and small business issues. Before working in Capitol Hill, Andrew worked on a state-wide campaign in Massachusetts as a Field Coordinator doing grass roots operations and working directly with local businesses. As part of TRALA’s government relations team, Stasiowski manages both federal and state issues representing TRALA and its membership before Congress as well as state legislatures.

Dean was named President of NationaLease in 2012 and has been with the company since 2005. At that time, he was part of the National Account team in the Midwest, where he helped grow the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease Members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Dean became Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team, in 2011, to a record-breaking year in sales.
