Kari Beeson

Kari Beeson has more than 10 years of experience in development and implementation of human resources management. As a certified Human Resources Executive, she has deep understanding of operation management and a proven track record of seamlessly managing human resources through periods of growth and change. Her expertise includes the development of a talent network for multi-state, multi-site operations and execution of recruitment and retention programs to reduce costs and improve employee performance.

Ronny Brown

Director of Maintenance, Catawba Rental Company, Inc., a NationaLease Member

Ronny Brown

Ronny Brown was born with grease in his blood. He started working on small equipment in his grandfather’s garage at the age of 12. After that, he worked for a tractor company and a machine shop in high school.Ronny graduated from Nashville Auto Diesel College with honors and worked at the Peterbilt truck plant. After finishing school, Ronny worked at a Dodge dealer for a year and a half and then moved to the family-owned business at Catawba Rental Company, Inc., a NationaLease Member. He has held most jobs related to the shop in his 33 years of service and is now the Director of Maintenance and a certified ASE Master Truck Tech. In 2010, Ronnie Brown was inducted into the Nashville Auto-Diesel College Hall of Fame. He was chosen with only 8 others who were nominated and is among a prestigious group of only 60 others nationwide who are inductees.

Jane Clark

Vice President of Member Services, NationaLease

Jane Clark

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an MA in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Jane Clark

With over 35 years of experience in operations management, transportation logistics, fleet management and customer service, Hayes Conn is a dynamic and motivational program manager who uses performance metrics and hands-on leadership to ensure quality service provided every step of the way. As a respected and long-time influential member of NationaLease, Hayes was recognized in 2006 with the “Extra Mile Award” for outstanding service in the industry.

Ken Davis

Ken Davis

Prior to establishing Greentree Advisors in 2018, Ken spent 31 years with Eaton PLC, most recently as Vehicle Group President. During his time spent in this role, he helped generate $3.5B in group revenue, managed 46 facilities in 15 countries, and led eight joint ventures for the industrial manufacturer. With almost four decades of experience in the global vehicle industry, Ken serves as a member of several joint venture boards of directors, including Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies, Southwest Michigan First, and Gilmore Car Museum. He received a BS degree in General Management from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Chris Disantis

Chris Disantis, Director of Training & Field Technical Support for Aim NationaLease, has been with the company for nearly three decades. He has held a number of positions within Aim NationaLease including service manager, regional service manager, and regional director of maintenance. Chris is also a member of the ATMC (Automotive Training Managers Council) and currently serves as S1 Electrical Study Group Chairman for the TMC.

Robert Garcia

Robert Garcia, Senior Vice President, Supply Management, manages a team of professionals that focus on providing competitive advantage through strengthened supplier relationships, reduced cost, and improved supplier accountability throughout NationaLease supply chain programs. Rob brings an accomplished executive background in product line management with financial and market analysis expertise. Rob’s professional experience of twenty-eight years includes managing roles in the finance technologies, transportation, construction, logistics, banking, and communications industries. Rob served nine years as Senior Operations Manager for Ryder Transportation Services where he was responsible for managing vehicle operation centers, marketing, and financial activities. Rob earned a BA and MBA - Finance, from the University of Miami.

Known as a "Generational Humorist" Meagan has an outspoken take –no-prisoners Gen X attitude and challenges her audience to think differently and act decisively when dealing with multiple generations. Meagan graduated from Arizona State University Business School with a BS in Marketing and has worked several years in a sales environment. Since 1997, Meagan has entertained and educated thousands of audience members. She has written a variety of articles about the multiple generations and has been interviewed for many publications and audio programs. Megan has been quoted in numerous publications, such as The Chicago Tribune, CNNMoney.com, US News, and the World Report.

Scott Marzec

Member Programs Manager, NationaLease

Scott Marzec

As the Member Programs Manager, Scott is responsible for managing the multiple product and service programs available to our members. He has previous experience in the transportation industry, including customer management, fleet management, and sales for STI Services. Scott also managed the daily operations for fleet marketing company Innovation Group, and was the lead sales rep responsible for the growth of the company’s repair network.

Joe Puff

He has more than 35 years of experience in complex sales and fleet operations, including extensive experience in commercial vehicle maintenance. Joe is responsible for advising NationaLease members and the National Account team of new truck technology, industry trends, and maintenance best practices.

Dave Schaller

Industry Engagement Director, NACFE

Dave Schaller

Dave Schaller, Industry Engagement Director for the NACFE interface with fleets and suppliers, writing reports, conducting workshops, giving presentations, maintaining NACFE’s fleet database. He works closely with the drivers and sponsors for Run On Less demonstration events and applies his 27 years of industry insight to production design, research, program management, dealer sales training, and strategic product planning. Schaller holds five US patents and has written several SAE papers and NACFE publications.

Dean Vicha

Dean Vicha

Dean was named President of NationaLease in 2012 and has been with the company since 2005. At that time, he was part of the National Account team in the Midwest, where he helped grow the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Dean became Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team, in 2011, to a record-breaking year in sales.
