Deborah Cegielski

Deborah has over 25 years of Human Resource Leadership experience, having worked at OSI Systems where she served as Chief Human Resource Office, Vice President of HR for Landing Gear a division of Raytheon Technologies (Formally United Technologies), Vice President of Human Capital at XLA in Washington DC and Vice President of Human Resources for AMETEK in San Diego. Deborah has an MBA from Northeastern University and a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. She a member of NHRA in both LA and OC, and a Governing Body Member for SoCal CHRO.

Jane Clark

Jane Clark

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an MA in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Lonnie Cook

Lonnie Cook

Lonnie Cook grew up in a small town in North Carolina, where he played with trucks in the yard. You can say since childhood, working with trucks has always been in his blood. In 1985, Cook joined the US Army and served 11 years as the Wheeled and Track Vehicle Repairman/Vehicle Recovery. Following his exit from the military, he worked in a small truck shop in central North Carolina, and eventually at a small Freightliner dealership in Hickory, North Carolina. Throughout his career, Cook has fulfilled several roles at the dealership level, from service to engine technician including the rebuild of most heavy-duty vehicles. In May 2014, Cook joined Cargo Transporters Inc. as the Service Manager.

Rob Garcia

Robert Garcia, Senior Vice President, Supply Management, manages a team of professionals that focus on providing competitive advantage through strengthened supplier relationships, reduced cost, and improved supplier accountability throughout NationaLease supply chain programs. Rob brings an accomplished executive background in product line management with financial and market analysis expertise. Rob’s professional experience of twenty-eight years includes managing roles in the finance technologies, transportation, construction, logistics, banking, and communications industries. Rob served nine years as Senior Operations Manager for Ryder Transportation Services where he was responsible for managing vehicle operation centers, marketing, and financial activities. Rob earned a BA and MBA - Finance, from the University of Miami.

Jim Kennedy

Jim Kennedy

Jim grew up in the small town of Bitely, Michigan. Born to a mechanical family, he started turning wrenches and helping to run his dad’s automotive service garage at age 12. Fast forward to 1977, Jim began his career with Star Truck Rentals. Working his way up the ranks from fuel and wash, to Master Diesel Mechanic and eventually to his current position as Director of Maintenance. Jim and his wife Shelly have been married for 39 exciting years.  They enjoy sharing time at their home in Howard City with their 3 children, 6 grandchildren and as of November 2021, their first great grandbaby Kyleena Jade!

Bo McGowan

Former Air Force Fighter Pilot, Instructor, and Leadership Consultant, Wingman Enterprises

Bo McGowan

Lt. Col (ret.) Bo McGowan draws extensively on his experience as an Air Force fighter pilot, instructor, international airline pilot, and leadership consultant. Recognized for his abilities to integrate team efforts, Bo worked as part of a special US Air Force Think Tank in creating the architecture for using nontraditional training methods for America’s next generation of fighter pilots. He has also worked in the oil and gas industry as a personal relationships manager where he was responsible for talent recruitment in mid-level and C-suite leadership positions. He loves being a part of a team effort in flying dreams to their destinations. Bo believes that people really matter, and that the key to success is building trusting, interdependent relationships across an entire organization.

Isamar Montano

Isamar Montano is the Head of Talent Management for Velocity Vehicle Group, she has been with Velocity for 5 years. In her current role she is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Development. She uses her background in both Sociology and Psychology to understand the candidate/employee experience and leverages that insight to identify key themes and solutions by exploring creative strategic efforts.

Ray Perez

Ray Perez is Of Counsel in the Atlanta, Georgia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He is a member of the Safety and Health Practice Group and advises employers on compliance with OSHA standards and other safety requirements. He represents employers during OSHA inspections and in litigation challenging citations throughout the country. He represents employers across a broad spectrum of industries from construction, healthcare, food processors, farms, transportation and manufacturers. Ray graduated from Loyola University New Orleans in 2002 and received his juris doctorate from Emory Law School in 2005. He is an editor on the Occupational Safety and Health Law Treatise (Matthew Bender/LexisNexis) and serves on the board of King's Bridge Retirement Community.

Joe Puff

He has more than 35 years of experience in complex sales and fleet operations, including extensive experience in commercial vehicle maintenance. Joe is responsible for advising NationaLease members and the National Account team of new truck technology, industry trends, and maintenance best practices.

Sean Storey

Sean Storey

Sean Storey, Vice President, Capital Equipment, is a transportation executive with over 35 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Dedicated and Fleet Purchasing who joined the Corcentric team in November 2019. Storey's duties at NationaLease involve the direct management of the equipment sourcing and procurement activities plus vendor relationships for both Corcentric and NationaLease. Sean started his transportation career straight out of college as a front-line driver supervisor with LTL carrier Central Transport and continued to advance over the years with other companies such as Builder's Transport and Cardinal Logistics. Storey graduated with a BS in Administrative Management from Clemson University.

Dean Vicha

Dean was named President of NationaLease in 2012 and has been with the company since 2005. At that time, he was part of the National Account team in the Midwest, where he helped grow the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Dean became Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team, in 2011, to a record-breaking year in sales.
