Alec Cervenka

Zero Emissions Sales Manager, Kenworth

Alec Cervenka is the Zero Emissions Sales Manager at Kenworth Truck Company. In this role, he works with fleets in the public and private sector as well as owner operators all across North America as they work to decarbonize their operations and transition to Class 6-8 Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs). Kenworth Truck Company are taking a consultative approach with every customer, guiding them through the entire Zero Emissions Vehicle deployment process, including vehicle specification, application/route analysis, infrastructure design and installation, operator training, and state/provincial and federal grant/incentive application.


Jane Clark

Vice President of Member Services, NationaLease

Jane Clark is the Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world's largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an M.A. in Communication from Northern Illinois University.


Michael Dearden

President, Dearden & Associates Inc.

A public policy expert and seasoned entrepreneur, Mike has split his career between the public and private sectors. After holding senior positions in the Canadian government as Chief of Staff to two cabinet ministers, Mike moved to Toronto and became a senior advisor to the President of a major agency of the Ontario government. In 1996, Mike founded his own consulting company, specializing in helping organizations understand and collaborate with the public sector.

For over 25 years, Mike has worked with the vehicle rental and leasing industry in Canada. He has represented members of both the Truck Rental and Leasing Association (TRALA) and the Associated Canadian Car Rental Organization (ACCRO) in Government Relations work.

Emerging technology has always been of interest to Mike, and he has brought the benefits of living in the Waterloo Region of Ontario, often referred to as Silicon Valley North, to his Government Relations work with the vehicle rental and leasing sector.

A graduate of the University of Western Ontario in Economics and Political Science, Mike has dedicated his career to working in government and business for the benefit of both.


Savannah Falley

Project Manager, Spencer and Company

Savannah Falley is the Project Manager of Spencer and Company, a family owned and operated business including the brands of Hoyt’s Truck Center, Hoyt’s Trailer Center, Hoyt’s NationaLease and Savannah Transport. She is primarily focused in Human Resources, Marketing & Sales, and Leasing Operations, but as a 2nd generation family member, there is not a place in the company where Savannah’s impact is not felt. Savannah graduated with a dual BA in Marketing and Management and later received her MBA, from Washburn University.


Brock Falley

Financial Officer, Spencer and Company

Brock Falley is the Financial Officer of Spencer and Company. This family-owned and operated business includes the brands of Hoyt’s Truck Center, Hoyt’s Trailer Center, Hoyt’s NationaLease, and Savannah Transport. Before this role, Brock was a Commercial Loan Analyst and Corporate Relationship Manager, helping his team become one of the fastest-growing banks in the region. With this experience and an education in finance and accounting, Brock has brought a new dedication to financial accuracy, proper reporting, and attention to detail to the company. Brock graduated with a dual BA in Accounting and Finance and later received his MBA from Washburn University


Joe Gallick

Senior Vice President of Sales, NationaLease

An experienced supply chain executive and spokesperson, Joseph K Gallick is a prominent leader in the truck leasing, maintenance and logistics industry. A graduate of Montclair State University, Gallick has served as a corporate liaison with numerous business and academic partnerships including the Penn State University Center for Supply Chain Research where he was the 2010 recipient of the Penn State University Robert D. Pashek Award for his contributions to the logistics and transportation fields. Gallick is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Truck Rental and Leasing Association, National Private Truck Council, as well as various industry trade organizations.


Ron Garcia

Senior Vice President of Supply Management, NationaLease

Robert Garcia, Senior Vice President, Supply Management, manages a team of professionals that focus on providing competitive advantage through strengthened supplier relationships, reduced cost, and improved supplier accountability throughout NationaLease supply chain programs. Rob brings an accomplished executive background in product line management with financial and market analysis expertise. Rob’s professional experience of twenty-eight years includes managing roles in the finance technologies, transportation, construction, logistics, banking, and communications industries. Rob served nine years as Senior Operations Manager for Ryder Transportation Services where he was responsible for managing vehicle operation centers, marketing, 


Glen Kedzie

Principal, Energy & Environmental Strategies LLC

Glen serves as a Principal at Energy & Environmental Strategies LLC in Tysons Corner, Virginia where he strategically navigates clients through the myriad of complexities involving transportation public policy and regulatory and legislative development in the areas of energy, environment, sustainability, and technology at the state, federal, and international levels.

Glen served as Assistant General Counsel and as Vice President, Energy & Environmental Counsel for the American Trucking Associations based in Washington, DC for over 22 years. While there, he managed ATA's highly-respected energy, environmental, and sustainability practice and spearheaded its legal, regulatory, and public policy agenda; advocated on Capitol Hill and before federal agencies; counseled clients on complex matters involving alternative fuels, tax, up-stream/down-stream energy issues, and compliance with federal and state environmental laws; and lead industry efforts in decarbonizing the transport sector.

In his role with TRALA, Glen will strategize with TRALA's government relations team to determine how TRALA's members should traverse the coming changes to the trucking industry as it moves away from diesel and toward alternative sources of power. TRALA will utilize his expertise to help lobby CARB, EPA, and other entities with respect to environmental matters.


Jeevan Nallainayagam

Outreach Officer, DSC Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada / Government of Canada

Jeevan Nallainayagam is an Outreach Officer with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s Dedicated Service Channel, based in Alberta. He works with employers and other stakeholders navigate Canadian economic immigration programs, in order to support their hiring needs and help drive economic growth. Joe Puff

Vice President of Truck Technology and Maintenance, NationaLease

Joe is a 40-year veteran of the transportation industry with extensive experience in fleet management, commercial vehicle maintenance, and business management. Joe is responsible for analyzing fleet operations, designing transportation solutions, and reducing the total cost of vehicle ownership. He is also responsible for sharing vehicle technologies and best practices throughout the NationaLease North American network.


Ganesh Srinivasan

Account Executive, Cummins Canada

Ganesh Srinivasan is the Account Executive – On Highway Segment at Cummins Canada. Based out of Calgary, in his current role he supports the customers in the Trucking industry choose the right powertrain and adopt alternate technologies including Natural Gas, Hydrogen and Battery Electric. Prior to his transition to Canada in 2021, Ganesh worked for Cummins in India as an Account Manager supporting customers in Railway and Oil & Gas Industries. Ganesh received an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amrita University, India and MBA in Marketing from SP Jain School of Global Management.


Charles St-Arnaud

Chief Economist, Alberta Central

Charles St-Arnaud is Chief Economist at Alberta Central, the central banking facility and trade association for Alberta’s credit unions. He has more than 20 years of experience as an Economist in the public and private sector, both in Canada and internationally. Before joining Alberta Central, he was Senior Investment Strategist at Lombard Odier Investment Manager in London, England advising investors and portfolio managers on global financial markets. Before that, he was Senior Economist and FX Strategist at Nomura International in NYC and London. Charles was at the Department of Finance in Ottawa during the global financial crisis, where he advised senior officials on economic policy to respond to the crisis. He also worked for the Bank of Canada and Morgan Stanley. Charles holds an Msc. in Economics from Université du Québec à Montréal.


Dean Vicha

President, NationaLease

An industry leader with over 30 years of experience, Dean Vicha's success in the truck leasing industry comes from the principals of personal responsibility, unrelenting perseverance and confidence focused on the  growth of the customers, members, and business partners of NationaLease.

Vicha began his career with NationaLease as a National Account Executive for the Midwest in 2005, where he substantially grew the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Vicha became the Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team to a record-breaking year in sales. In 2012, Vicha was named President of NationaLease, where he helps members increase their market share and decrease their cost of business. In the last decade, he has grown the company in terms of size and scope. Today, NationaLease has more than 1,000 locations and a fleet count of over 184,000 throughout the United States and Canada.

In his downtime, Vicha enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney and children Riley and Brendan and playing golf or attending a sporting event. Vicha is a 1992 graduate of Illinois State University.
