Che Claire

Legal Counsel, Geotab

As the Legal Counsel at Geotab with a specific focus on privacy and data business models. He is an IAPP member with privacy professional certifications for the United States and European Union. Prior to joining Geotab, Che's legal practice included criminal and civil litigation in Canada.


Jane Clark

Vice President of Member Services, NationaLease

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an M.A. in Communication from Northern Illinois University.


Tim Frazier

PhD, Vice President of, Research and Technology, Cummins Inc.

Dr. Tim Frazier is the Vice President of Research and Technology for Cummins Inc, where he leads global teams responsible for the innovation and development of next generation technology enabling ultra-low & zero real-world emissions and high-efficiency energy conversion systems. His teams actively support Cummins in both internal and external regulatory advocacy discussions across the globe. Tim joined Cummins in 1999 and has held a variety of development and leadership roles important to reduction in criteria emissions and improvements in energy conversion efficiency. He obtained his Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in ultra-low emissions technology, from the University of Illinois. Tim and his wife, Monta, enjoy life with their six daughters in Columbus, Indiana.


Joe Gallick

Senior Vice President of Sales, NationaLease

An experienced supply chain executive and spokesperson, Joseph K Gallick is a prominent leader in the truck leasing, maintenance and logistics industry. A graduate of Montclair State University, Gallick has served as a corporate liaison with numerous business and academic partnerships including the Penn State University Center for Supply Chain Research where he was the 2010 recipient of the Penn State University Robert D. Pashek Award for his contributions to the logistics and transportation fields. Gallick is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Truck Rental and Leasing Association, National Private Truck Council, as well as various industry trade organizations.


Rob Garcia

Senior Vice President of Supply Management, NationaLease

Robert Garcia, Senior Vice President, Supply Management, manages a team of professionals that focus on providing competitive advantage through strengthened supplier relationships, reduced cost, and improved supplier accountability throughout NationaLease supply chain programs. Rob brings an accomplished executive background in product line management with financial and market analysis expertise. Rob’s professional experience of twenty-eight years includes managing roles in the finance technologies, transportation, construction, logistics, banking, and communications industries. Rob served nine years as Senior Operations Manager for Ryder Transportation Services where he was responsible for managing vehicle operation centers, marketing, and financial activities. Rob earned a BA and MBA - Finance, from the University of Miami.


Jake Jacoby

President & CEO, Truck Renting and Leasing Association (TRALA)

Jake Jacoby has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of TRALA since January 2015. Before that position, Jacoby worked as TRALA’s top lobbyist, as the Vice President of Government Relations on a number of issues both before Congress and in the states. He also established TRALA’s first political action committee, TRALAPAC, which has been a great benefit for TRALA’s advocacy efforts over the past three years. Prior to joining TRALA, Jacoby operated his own consulting company which specialized in trucking and transportation matters.


Brianna Lawrence

Senior Program Manager, Gladstein, Neandross & Associates

Brianna Lawrence is a Senior Program Manager at Gladstein, Neandross & Associates (GNA), a leading consulting firm specializing in market development for alternative fuel vehicles, infrastructure, and fuels. Building upon her background in sustainability and philanthropic consulting, Lawrence’s role at GNA consists of tracking incentive programs and regulations related to advanced transportation technologies, strategically identifying and preparing grant applications, and ensuring that projects remain in compliance. Lawrence received a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.


Bill McInturff

Partner, Public Opinion Strategies

Bill McInturff is a partner of Public Opinion Strategies, a national political and public affairs survey research firm. Since its founding in 1991, the firm has completed more than 7 million interviews with voters and consumers in all fifty states and over a dozen foreign countries, and conducted more than 3,500 focus groups. Called by The New York Times, "the leading Republican polling company," Public Opinion Strategies currently represents 13 U.S. Senators, five governors, and over 68 Members of Congress.

Much of his work has been devoted to what he describes as "combat message development," not simply monitoring public opinion, but developing messages to defend and promote client interests on complex public policy issues. Bill has conducted groundbreaking research on Medicare reform, creating Social Security private retirement accounts, juvenile justice reform, genetic testing, school choice, tort reform, health care policy, and a host of other policy issues.

His prior experiences include 'hands on' campaign management experience at the local, congressional, and the presidential level. He also held senior positions with the Republican national party committees prior to entering the field of survey research.


Tom Moore

Executive Vice President, National Private Truck Council (NPTC)

Tom has more than 40 years of transportation-related experience in a variety of public relations, journalism, and lobbying capacities. Tom began his career with the American Trucking Associations in 1978. In 1984, he joined the Private Carrier Conference and two years later was promoted to Executive Director. In 1989, he joined Fleet Owner as Washington Editor, where he worked before taking a job as the Director of Public Affairs for the Georgia Ports Authority. He rejoined Fleet Owner in 1995 as Editor and served in a similar capacity with Randall Publishing until June 2001 when he started his own strategic marketing communications company. He joined NPTC in his current role in January 2007. He obtained his CTP designation in 1997.


Eddie Olczyk

Former NHL Player, Broadcaster, and Author

An Olympian and Stanley Cup champion, Eddie Olczyk’s standout career in hockey has taken him across the National Hockey League, all over the world and into the television broadcast booth. Olczyk, fresh off of his Olympic success, was selected by his hometown Chicago Blackhawks as the third overall pick in the 1984 NHL Entry Draft – making him the first ever American born native son in NHL history to be drafted in the first round by his hometown team. After skating with the U.S. Men’s National Team again in the 1984 Canada Cup, Olczyk quickly made his NHL debut during the 1984-85 season. He went on to enjoy a 16-year NHL career spent with six teams and highlighted by capturing the 1994 Stanley Cup with the New York Rangers. Olczyk held the longest consecutive game scoring streak by an American born player in NHL history for 25 years until 2015.

In 2019 Olczyk published an inspiring memoir entitled, “Eddie Olczyk: Beating the Odds in Hockey and in Life”. The book chronicles his life on and off the ice, including his triumphant battle against stage 3 colon cancer. Since his diagnosis in 2017, Olczyk has been devoted to bringing as much awareness and support to those fighting cancer as he possibly can.


Noël Perry

Principal, Transport Futures

Noël Perry is an industrial economist best known for his work in transportation and machinery markets.  Entering the professional world in 1976, Perry has built and managed forecasting processes in three major companies Cummins Engine, CSX and Schneider National.  He has been in private practice since 2008, working with clients in four modes, investment analysis and the shipper community. Frequently quoted in the national logistics media and heard widely on the speaking circuit, Perry also serves as economist to Truckstop.com and the Transportation Intermediaries Association. Perry’s forecasting practice includes groundbreaking work in volume, pricing, and capacity with a particular emphasis on risk analysis.  In addition to his national and industry analysis Perry has extensive experience in pricing transaction support.


Damien R. Martin

CPA, Partner, FORVIS Private Client

Damien provides tax compliance, consulting, and planning services to individuals, families, and fiduciaries and provides proactive succession planning for high-net-worth individuals and their family-owned businesses as a regional leader of FORVIS Private Client. He also focuses on helping affluent clients build and preserve their family’s legacy through an integrated suite of services designed to assist families manage and transfer multigenerational wealth.

He is the host of Simply Tax®, a podcast dedicated to delivering practical and timely content to simplify tax challenges. He spent three years serving in the firm’s National Office where his major focus was the 2017 tax overhaul.

Damien is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs, where he currently serves on the Tax Profession Strategic Advisory Group, and Illinois CPA Society, where he has served on the Estate, Gift, and Trust Committee.


Michael Senko

Principal, FORVIS Private Client

One of the core principals at BKD Wealth Advisors, Michael Senko currently oversees wealth management practice offices in the Midwest region. Senko’s experience ranges from corporate finance services, tax laws and wealth advisory.


Sean Storey

Vice President of Capital Equipment, NationaLease

Sean Storey, Vice President, Capital Equipment, is a transportation executive with over 35 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Dedicated and Fleet Purchasing who joined the team in November 2019. Storey's duties at NationaLease involve the direct management of the equipment sourcing and procurement activities plus vendor relationships for both Corcentric and NationaLease. Sean started his transportation career straight out of college as a front-line driver supervisor with LTL carrier Central Transport and continued to advance over the years with other companies such as Builder's Transport and Cardinal Logistics. Storey graduated with a BS in Administrative Management from Clemson University.


Dean Vicha

President, NationaLease

An industry leader with over 30 years of experience, Dean Vicha's success in the truck leasing industry comes from the principals of personal responsibility, unrelenting perseverance and confidence focused on the  growth of the customers, members, and business partners of NationaLease.

Vicha began his career with NationaLease as a National Account Executive for the Midwest in 2005, where he substantially grew the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Vicha became the Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team to a record-breaking year in sales. In 2012, Vicha was named President of NationaLease, where he helps members increase their market share and decrease their cost of business. In the last decade, he has grown the company in terms of size and scope. Today, NationaLease has more than 1,000 locations and a fleet count of over 184,000 throughout the United States and Canada.

In his downtime, Vicha enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney and children Riley and Brendan and playing golf or attending a sporting event. Vicha is a 1992 graduate of Illinois State University.
