Andrew Adeniyi

CEO & Founder, AAA Solutions

Andrew is a first-generation Nigerian American from South Bend, Indiana, and the CEO & Founder of AAA Solutions; a consulting firm that provides business strategy, workplace culture, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) consulting and speaking services to small businesses and non-profits.

Andrew obtained his bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington. He then went on to complete his Master of Science from Michigan State University in Management, Strategy & Leadership. Lastly, Andrew received a certificate in DEI in the Workplace from The Muma College of Business at The University of South Florida.

With over 10 years of executive-level management experience, Andrew has helped dozens of clients improve their employee engagement and create a sense of belonging within their organizations.
 

Andrew currently resides just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife and three kids. In the Summer of 2020 published his first book titled, The Circle of Leadership, The book serves as an entrepreneurial framework on how to create and leverage culture.


Jane Clark

Senior Vice President of Operations, NationaLease

Jane Clark serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at NationaLease, bringing nearly 15 years of dedicated service to the organization. In her current role, she oversees Member Services, including Reciprocal Service, Purchasing, Meetings, and National Account Support. Jane strategically manages resources, cultivates strong member relationships, optimizes costs, and fosters collaboration within NationaLease supporting groups. 

Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as the Area Vice President for Randstad, showcasing leadership in the recruitment services industry. Her professional journey also includes management roles with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from North Central College and a Master of Arts in Communication from Northern Illinois University, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning. Her proven leadership and strategic vision contribute significantly to NationaLease's operational efficiency and the delivery of exceptional member services.


Lonnie Cook

Service Manager, Cargo Transporters Inc.

Lonnie Cook grew up in a small town in North Carolina, where he played with trucks in the yard. You can say since childhood, working with trucks has always been in his blood. In 1985, Cook joined the US Army and served 11 years as the Wheeled and Track Vehicle Repairman/Vehicle Recovery. Following his exit from the military, he worked in a small truck shop in central North Carolina, and eventually at a small Freightliner dealership in Hickory, North Carolina. Throughout his career, Cook has fulfilled several roles at the dealership level, from service to engine technician including the rebuild of most heavy-duty vehicles. In May 2014, Cook joined Cargo Transporters Inc. as the Service Manager.


Steven G. Bryan

CEO/Co-Founder, Bluewire LLC

Steve is a?veteran technology leader who fell in love with the trucking industry when he founded Vigillo in 2007.  Vigillo was acquired by SambaSafety in a private equity backed transaction in 2017.  Steve served for 3 ½ years on the Executive Team at SambaSafety as the EVP and GM of Transportation, overseeing the regulated trucking industry offerings within the broader SambaSafety business.  

Steve is now back as CEO and one of four co-founders of Bluewire LLC, a cutting-edge AI Software as a Service (SaaS) company, launched to provide motor carriers and their insurance partners with a scientific, data-driven methodology to protect against the vulnerabilities which lead to catastrophic, so called nuclear verdicts.  

Prior to founding Vigillo, Steve combined his legal and business experience to lead five software start-ups and emerging companies to successful exits. Earlier in his career, he worked as a District Manager for Dow Jones & Co. and served for six years in the United States Army as a Maintenance Sergeant. 

Steve earned a Masters of Business Administration, JD and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Willamette University. 

Steve lives with his wife of 32 years in Sun Valley, ID where they divide their time between their 5 adult children, 5 grandsons and planning the next Springsteen road trip. 


Rob Garcia

Vice President of Human Resource

Robert Garcia, Senior Vice President, Supply Management, manages a team of professionals that focus on providing competitive advantage through strengthened supplier relationships, reduced cost, and improved supplier accountability throughout NationaLease supply chain programs. Rob brings an accomplished executive background in product line management with financial and market analysis expertise. Rob's professional experience of twenty-eight years includes managing roles in the finance technologies, transportation, construction, logistics, banking, and communications industries. Rob served nine years as Senior Operations Manager for Ryder Transportation Services where he was responsible for managing vehicle operation centers, marketing, and financial activities. Rob earned a BA and MBA - Finance, from the University of Miami.


Glen Kedzie

Principal, Energy & Environmental Strategies LLC

Glen serves as a Principal at Energy & Environmental Strategies LLC in Tysons Corner, Virginia where he strategically navigates clients through the myriad of complexities involving transportation public policy and regulatory and legislative development in the areas of energy, environment, sustainability, and technology at the state, federal, and international levels.

Glen served as Assistant General Counsel and as Vice President, Energy & Environmental Counsel for the American Trucking Associations based in Washington, DC for over 22 years. While there, he managed ATA's highly-respected energy, environmental, and sustainability practice and spearheaded its legal, regulatory, and public policy agenda; advocated on Capitol Hill and before federal agencies; counseled clients on complex matters involving alternative fuels, tax, up-stream/down-stream energy issues, and compliance with federal and state environmental laws; and lead industry efforts in decarbonizing the transport sector.

With over 10 years of executive-level management experience, Andrew has helped dozens of clients improve their employee engagement and create a sense of belonging within their organizations.
In his role with TRALA, Glen will strategize with TRALA's government relations team to determine how TRALA's members should traverse the coming changes to the trucking industry as it moves away from diesel and toward alternative sources of power. TRALA will utilize his expertise to help lobby CARB, EPA, and other entities with respect to environmental matters.


Joe Puff

Vice President of Truck Technology and Maintenance, NationaLease

Joe is a 40-year veteran of the transportation industry with extensive experience in fleet management, commercial vehicle maintenance, and business management. Joe is responsible for analyzing fleet operations, designing transportation solutions, and reducing the total cost of vehicle ownership. He is also responsible for sharing vehicle technologies and best practices throughout the NationaLease North American network.


Bradley S. Chubb

Director of Maintenance, Brown NationaLease

Brad started with Brown Nationalease in 1997 as a technician working his way up to service manager, then to regional service manager overseeing several locations and is now the Director of Maintenance overseeing the Maintenance at all 18 locations.
Brad’s been in the transportation industry for over 30 years serving in virtually every capacity from washing and fueling to technician, working on trucks, trailers and refrigeration units with Certifications from Detroit Diesel, Cummins, Bendix and a Universal Refrigeration Certificate. He has also worked as a driver when needed for Brown Logistics pulling feed tankers, step decks and dry vans.


Dean Vicha

President, NationaLease

An industry leader with over 30 years of experience, Dean Vicha's success in the truck leasing industry comes from the principals of personal responsibility, unrelenting perseverance and confidence focused on the  growth of the customers, members, and business partners of NationaLease.

Vicha began his career with NationaLease as a National Account Executive for the Midwest in 2005, where he substantially grew the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Vicha became the Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team to a record-breaking year in sales. In 2012, Vicha was named President of NationaLease, where he helps members increase their market share and decrease their cost of business. In the last decade, he has grown the company in terms of size and scope. Today, NationaLease has more than 1,000 locations and a fleet count of over 184,000 throughout the United States and Canada.

In his downtime, Vicha enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney and children Riley and Brendan and playing golf or attending a sporting event. Vicha is a 1992 graduate of Illinois State University.
