TRALA has negotiated a special discounted room rate of $275 per night plus tax at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa. The resort has extended complimentary access to the hotel's fitness facilities and will provide guestroom internet access.

Hotel reservations for the Spring Business Meeting in conjunction with TRALA’s Annual Meeting will only be accepted through the Annual Meeting registration form or by contacting Shannon Davison, TRALA’s event coordinator. The information provided in the registration form will be submitted to the hotel on your behalf. No credit cards are required to guarantee your reservation at this time. Hotel confirmation numbers will be forwarded to all guests as soon as they are received from the hotel.  TRALA cannot guarantee a hotel reservation at the Westin Kierland once the room block closes on February 14, 2014, but will do everything possible to accommodate meeting attendees.

All modifications or cancellations to hotel reservations must be done by contacting Shannon Davison.

Please note: the hotel has a 72-hour cancellation policy which means that any cancellation that is not made prior to your arrival date, you will receive an invoice from TRALA for the cost of one night's stay.
