Michael Caceci enjoys a diverse, successful career as a business leader and entrepreneur. He is the founder and owner of Excellerated Performance, LLC a consulting and professional development services firm based in Pittsford, New York.

Mike brings extensive experience to every client engagement. His areas of expertise include sales, sales management, general management, marketing, business operations, strategic planning, leadership and driving organizational change. Mike holds a BA in psychology and MBA in marketing management. As a Resource Associates Corporation (RAC) Affiliate, he is certified to deliver RAC-based professional development programs and part of an international association of independent consulting, human resource and quality professionals. Mike is an Adjunct Professor at Nazareth College and Saint John Fisher College where he teaches courses in entrepreneurship, marketing and sales.

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an M.A. in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Captain J.J. Cummings took command of the USS Anchorage in September 2015 for the United States Navy. He has 3,850 total flight hours and over 700 carrier landings. Captain Cummings’ decorations include a two Defense Meritorious Service Medal, two Meritorious Service medals, seven Air Medals, five Navy-Marine Corps Commendation Medals (two with combat distinguishing devices) and three Navy-Marine Corps Achievement Medals.

Joe Gallick is Senior Vice President of Sales for NationaLease. An experienced supply chain executive and spokesperson in the logistics provider industry, he served as Senior Vice President of Penske Logistics for thirteen years after four years as Vice President National Accounts for Penske Truck Leasing before joining NationaLease.

Joe is a graduate of Montclair State University and currently serves as a liaison with the Penn State University Center for Supply Chain Research. He was the 2010 recipient of the Penn State University Robert D. Pashek Award for his contributions to the logistics and transportation fields, one of only twenty-five academic, governmental or industry professionals honored since the center’s inception. He is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Truck Rental and Leasing Association, as well as various industry trade organizations.

Brent started Segueway in early 2000. Since then, he has worked in over 70 industries and more than 150 client engagements. Brent has spoken around the country on a variety of topics, recently adding three new topics based upon real-life experiences and engagements.

Brent’s work has included serving as CEO, CFO, EVP Sales and EVP Business Development. In addition to his work with privately owned companies he is an author, professional speaker, and a former internet radio show host. He is also a past extension course instructor for the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.

Scott Marzec, Member Programs Manager for NationaLease, is responsible for managing the multiple product and service programs available to our members. Scott has previous experience in the transportation industry, including customer management, fleet management, and sales for STI Services. He also managed the daily operations for fleet marketing company Innovation Group, and was the lead sales rep responsible for the growth of the company’s repair network.

Dean was named President of NationaLease in 2012 and has been with the company since 2005. At that time, he was part of the National Account team in the Midwest, where he helped grow the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease Members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Dean became Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team, in 2011, to a record-breaking year in sales.
