Jane Clark

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an M.A. in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Andrew Fastow

Former Chief Executive Officer of Enron Corp.

Andrew Fastow

Andrew Fastow is the former Chief Financial Officer of Enron Corp. from 1998 through 2001. In 2001, Enron filed for bankruptcy protection. As a result of the bankruptcy, $40 billion of shareholder wealth and retirement savings were destroyed, thousands of people lost their jobs, and many businesses and institutions were adversely affected. In 2004, he pled guilty to two counts of securities fraud, and was sentenced to six years in federal prison. Since his release from prison, Andrew consults with directors, attorneys, and hedge funds on how best to identify potentially critical finance, accounting, compensation, and cultural issues. He is also a Principal of KeenCorp, an artificial intelligence software company.

Joe Gallick

Joe Gallick

Joe Gallick is Senior Vice President of Sales for NationaLease. An experienced supply chain executive and spokesperson in the logistics provider industry, he served as Senior Vice President of Penske Logistics for thirteen years before joining NationaLease. Prior to that, he was Vice President, National Accounts for Penske Truck Leasing for four years.

Joe is a graduate of Montclair State University and currently serves as a liaison with the Penn State University Center for Supply Chain Research. He was the 2010 recipient of the Penn State University Robert D. Pashek Award for his contributions to the logistics and transportation fields, one of only twenty-five academic, governmental or industry professionals honored since the center’s inception. He is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Truck Rental and Leasing Association, as well as various industry trade organizations.

Robert Garcia, Senior Vice President, Supply Management, manages a team of professionals that focus on providing competitive advantage through strengthened supplier relationships, reduced cost, and improved supplier accountability throughout NationaLease supply chain programs. Rob brings an accomplished executive background in product line management with financial and market analysis expertise. Rob’s professional experience of twenty-eight years includes managing roles in the finance technologies, transportation, construction, logistics, banking, and communications industries. Rob served nine years as Senior Operations Manager for Ryder Transportation Services where he was responsible for managing vehicle operation centers, marketing, and financial activities. Rob earned a BA and MBA - Finance, from the University of Miami.

Jake Jacoby has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of TRALA since January 2015. Before that position, Jacoby worked as TRALA’s top lobbyist, as the Vice President of Government Relations on a number of issues both before Congress and in the states. He also established TRALA’s first political action committee, TRALAPAC, which has been a great benefit for TRALA’s advocacy efforts over the past three years. Prior to joining TRALA, Jacoby operated his own consulting company which specialized in trucking and transportation matters.

Tim Spurlock

In 2017, Tim Spurlock co-founded American Diesel Training Centers with Chris Ellis in Columbus, OH, to solve the diesel mechanic shortage. ADTC’s 300-hour intensive, hands-on program focuses on basic mechanical tasks around brakes, preventative maintenance, electrical, and emissions. ADTC’s system also focuses on developing mechanics with intangibles, such as attitude, aptitude, timeliness, teamwork, and willingness to progress in an organization. Prior to founding American Diesel, Tim spent 25 years in educational publishing/technology. From 2009-2017, Tim was Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development for CDX Learning. At CDX, Tim’s team grew CDX revenues by 300%, all via organic sales and new product launches.

Dean was named President of NationaLease in 2012 and has been with the company since 2005. At that time, he was part of the National Account team in the Midwest, where he helped grow the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease Members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Dean became Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team, in 2011, to a record-breaking year in sales.

Kenny Vieth

Kenny Vieth

As the President of ACT Research, Kenny Vieth oversees commercial vehicle analysis and forecasting and reviews the heavy truck and trailer market. He is an advisor to the commercial vehicle OEMs and suppliers, the investment community, trucking companies, and other businesses affiliated in the truck leasing and rental industry. In 2008, Vieth cemented a partnership with China's State Information Center to provide forecasts to Western companies interested in understanding commercial vehicle demand trends in China. In 2012, Vieth was named the consulting economist to the National Private Truck Council (NPTC).
