James Bonk joined G4S Compliance and Investigations in May 2013, as the Regional Vice President for the Midwest Region. Prior to G4S, Mr. Bonk spent 35 years in many facets of investigations in the private and public sector, including the insurance industry and state government. He held several senior executive roles focusing on SIU operations and investigations, surveillance, fraud awareness training, best practices and fraud, waste, abuse, corruption and misconduct investigations in state government. Bonk also worked in the law enforcement sector as the Assistant Vice President of a Special Investigations Unit for a nationwide insurance carrier, Director of Investigations and Deputy Inspector General for the Illinois Office of Executive Inspector General, Senior Vice President of a national investigative company and also served as a police officer with a Chicago suburban police department.

Bill Burke

Bill Burke has 30 years of experience in training and development. Holding a degree in journalism, Burke started out writing training materials for automotive service provider, Midas International. Before long, he had earned certifications from some of the leaders in the training and development community, becoming an accomplished curriculum designer and an expert facilitator. Over his career, Burke has designed hundreds of training programs and delivered several thousand hours of training every year since 1991. His expertise lies in customer service, management and leadership development, and trainer skills development.

Jane Clark

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an M.A. in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Neil Dishman

Neil Dishman is a Principal in the Chicago, Illinois, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His business is helping employers prevent and resolve disputes with their employees. Mr. Dishman helps employers reduce risk and minimize legal costs by giving advice on difficult personnel decisions before litigation ensues. When litigation is unavoidable, he helps employers protect their assets and reputations by vigorously and efficiently defending them from employee lawsuits. As a member of the US delegation to the ISO 292 Continuity and Resilience series of standards, Lynnda is an expert on international standards for business continuity management systems. Lynnda holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University and a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois.
