Her expertise includes the development of a talent network for multi-state, multi-site operations and execution of recruitment and retention programs to reduce costs and improve employee performance.

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an MA in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Mary Grace has been the Director of Human Resources for DeCarolis Truck Rental Inc., a NationaLease Member, for over 20 years. In this role, she is responsible for human resource planning, performance management, professional development, legal compliance, employee communication, organizational change management and team building. She facilitates communication and oversee employee relations matters by ensuring supervisors and managers demonstrate the ability to handle employee disputes, performance improvement actions, and disciplinary actions.

Gail Green has been a coach and trainer for over 25 years, focusing on leadership development, team building communication and balance. Gail Green founded Go Green Learning, a leadership development company specializing in customized training and 1-1 coaching that matches the specific needs of leaders, and their companies. Along with her team of dynamic consultants, Go Green Learning thrives in bringing balance, speed and ease to business productivity by assisting managers and leaders to personally change and grow from within.

Ben Mudrick has significant experience advising national and international clients on the complex employment issues that arise in connection with mergers and acquisitions. From the early planning stages and throughout each transaction, Ben helps employers to minimize liability and to implement seamless employment transitions. Ben regularly provides training to executive and employee groups on non-harassment, wage and hour, and other labor and employment issues.

As an experienced police officer and firearms expert in New York, Zachary Pugh knows his fair share of workplace crimes. In 2015, he realized there was no training or educational programs to protect the community and created the Pugh Self-Protection & Combatives program. Pugh Self-Protection & Combatives program offers have vast knowledge and training that is educational and fun.

Jeanne Stewart founded HR OnTheMove, LLC., in 2006, a consortium of business and management consultants, after 20 years of working as a Human Resources generalist. Jeanne’s background includes a wide range of business consulting experience, including organizational development, change management, organization assessments, executive development, employee relations, workplace investigations, employee benefits and compensation, training and development, staffing, process improvement, and project management.

Dean was named President of NationaLease in 2012 and has been with the company since 2005. At that time, he was part of the National Account team in the Midwest, where he helped grow the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Dean became Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team, in 2011, to a record-breaking year in sales.
