Gary Allen

Gary Allen began his insurance career in 1980 immediately after graduating from the University of Georgia with a BBA degree in Risk Management.He became Chairman of Allen Insurance Group in 1992.Allen Insurance Group's main focus is designing custom insurance programs for clients who need specialized coverage.Gary has been managing the NationaLease daily rental insurance program since its inception in 2010.Working with software development teams, and with input from NationaLease, Gary was able to design the online portal to be very easy, fast, and efficient to use.The program is the only one its type in the country that does not require any up-front investment, or underwriting of the rental customer, and is immediate.

In order to expand the footprint of the company and to provide more services to its client base Allen Insurance Group recently made the decision to become part of Relation Insurance Services.Relation is ranked 23rd in the nation in the Insurance Journal's Top 100 Agencies list for 2022 and has 135 offices nationwide.

Joshua Bertrand began working at Globaltranz in 2014 as an entry level Carrier Sales Representative. It wasn't long before he entered Globaltranz 's platinum club reaching over $1Million in revenue. In 2015, he received Globaltranz's Employee of the Year Award and was promoted to Manager of Capacity. In 2018, Bertrand was promoted to Senior Manager of Capacity, managing the dedicated Agent FTL operations team. Today, Bertrand is the Director of Agent Truckload Operations for the dedicated Agent FTL team.

Jane Clark

Jane Clark is the Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world's largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an M.A. in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Ken Davis

Ken Davis is the Founder of Greentree Advisors, a consulting company to the global vehicle industry. Prior to establishing the company in 2018, Ken spent 31 years with Eaton PLC, most recently as Vehicle Group President. During his time spent in this role, he helped generate $3.5B in group revenue, managed 46 facilities in 15 countries, and led eight joint ventures for the industrial manufacturer. With almost four decades of experience in the global vehicle industry, Ken serves as a member of several joint venture boards of directors, including Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies, Southwest Michigan First, and Gilmore Car Museum. He received a BS degree in General Management from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Prior to founding Konexial, Ken served as Chief Logistics Officer at Spirit AeroSystems as well as President at Koch Logistics.

Matt Fitzjerrells has been a Senior Sales Leader for Wells Fargo Equipment Finance and GE Capital for nearly 20 years with experience across floorplan, retail finance, and equipment leasing. Fitzjerrells has now brought his passion to the NationaLease member network to establish a more programmatic approach to lending that offers preferred national account pricing across the NationaLease network. Fitzjerrells, along with Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, continue to be a consistent presence in the commercial vehicle industry promoting industry needs all while maximizing the lending prowess of a national bank.

Joe Gallick

Joe Gallick

An experienced supply chain executive and spokesperson, Joseph K Gallick is a prominent leader in the truck leasing, maintenance and logistics industry. A graduate of Montclair State University, Gallick has served as a corporate liaison with numerous business and academic partnerships including the Penn State University Center for Supply Chain Research where he was the 2010 recipient of the Penn State University Robert D. Pashek Award for his contributions to the logistics and transportation fields. Gallick is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Truck Rental and Leasing Association, National Private Truck Council, as well as various industry trade organizations.

Wendy Pein

Wendy Pein is a national account executive at Cummins Inc. With more than 28 years of experience, her career started in purchasing, where she established critical relationship skills while being a customer. She has since applied those learnings throughout her career in various customer-facing roles within Cummins.

In the early 2000s, launching and developing the Cummins oil and gas business was the most gratifying and challenging role in Wendy’s career. The organization was entrepreneurial-like within the larger corporation, and it included diverse responsibilities. As a result, there was more than 50% market share growth for Cummins in the well servicing market. Wendy has spent the last five years in on-highway industry, where her managed customer base is greater than $450M in annual sales for the company.

Wendy’s passion lies in cultivating relationships in the industry while earning the trust and respect of her customers. She understands the need to learn the critical elements required of each of her customers for them to be successful. She gets the most fulfilment from knowing she is there to help her customer grow its business, therefore providing positive results for Cummins.

Joe is responsible for analyzing fleet operations, designing transportation solutions, and reducing the total cost of vehicle ownership. He is also responsible for sharing vehicle technologies and best practices throughout the NationaLease North American network.

Tom Reda

Tom Reda

Tom Reda, joined Aim NationaLease in the Spring of 2019 bring over two decades of transportation experience, in which he held leadership positions in both operations and business development.Tom’s experience in Dedicated Contract Carriage (DCC) includes Sales, Engineering and Operations in verticals the likes of Home Delivery, Manufacturing, Food Services, Retail, TMS and Hazardous/Bulk Chemicals solutions.

In the three years since joining Aim, Reda has supported the Integrated Logistics team in adding 32+ million in new Dedicated Contract Carriage revenue and retaining an additional 67 million in renewal business, all while being integral part in growing the divisions margin by an average of 40% annually since coming aboard.

Prior to coming to Aim, Tom spent the prior fifteen years at Cardinal Logistics and last held the role of Senior Vice President.Prior to Cardinal, Reda was with Penske Logistics in a variety of roles including call center and transportation management. He also has experience with a large manufacturer company in Northeast Ohio where his logistics responsibilities gave him an invaluable understanding of the importance of a good carrier/customer relationship.

Jim Stetz

Jim Stetz

Jim Stetz is the Vice President Dedicated Contract Carriage, where he is responsible for growing the organization's dedicated logistics business solutions. Since 1983, Stetz has held various sales and organizational development positions within Dedicated Contract Carriage, Distribution Center Management, International, 4PL/LLP, and Transportation Management solutions.  He holds a Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) designation from the National Private Truck Council (NPTC). His career and achievements span widely across the truck leasing and logistics industry including Penske Logistics, where he received Penske's prestigious "Winners Circle" award in 2007 & 2011; and sales achievement more than $30M both years; and DHL Supply Chain, where he was part of the Chemical Logistics Division. Stetz earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Akron, College of Business Administration and was also a member of CSCMP (formerly CLM) and the Warehouse Education Research Council (WERC) from 2005 – 2009.  He is a current member of the NPTC.

Sean Storey, Vice President, Capital Equipment, is a transportation executive with over 35 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Dedicated and Fleet Purchasing who joined the team in November 2019. Storey's duties at NationaLease involve the direct management of the equipment sourcing and procurement activities plus vendor relationships for both Corcentric and NationaLease. Sean started his transportation career straight out of college as a front-line driver supervisor with LTL carrier Central Transport and continued to advance over the years with other companies such as Builder's Transport and Cardinal Logistics. Storey graduated with a BS in Administrative Management from Clemson University.

Dave Teeple

Dave Teeple

Dave is a Director of Client Services at Sedlak Supply Chain Consultants. He has over 40 years of industry experience 30 of which in management consulting with experience in the retail, direct-to-consumer, manufacturing/wholesale and third-party logistics channels. His major area of expertise is in facility planning project management where he has extensive experience in facility and equipment design, implementation and information systems integration. Prior to Sedlak, he was an industrial engineer in the JCPenney organization. In addition, Dave serves as President of the CSCMP Columbus Roundtable.

Dean Vicha

An industry leader with over 30 years of experience, Dean Vicha's success in the truck leasing industry comes from the principals of personal responsibility, unrelenting perseverance and confidence focused on the  growth of the customers, members, and business partners of NationaLease.

Vicha began his career with NationaLease as a National Account Executive for the Midwest in 2005, where he substantially grew the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Vicha became the Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team to a record-breaking year in sales. In 2012, Vicha was named President of NationaLease, where he helps members increase their market share and decrease their cost of business. In the last decade, he has grown the company in terms of size and scope. Today, NationaLease has more than 1,000 locations and a fleet count of over 184,000 throughout the United States and Canada.

In his downtime, Vicha enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney and children Riley and Brendan and playing golf or attending a sporting event. Vicha is a 1992 graduate of Illinois State University.
