Russ Abdrakhmanov

Founding Leader, neKey

Russ is deeply committed to making a positive impact through technology, leading his team with a focus on innovation and tangible results for over 15 years. His work spans digital transformation, process automation, cloud technology, and cybersecurity, all driven by dedication to integrity and excellence.

With a diverse background in physics, economics, and computer science, coupled with an ethical hacker mindset, Russ excels in developing processes and optimizing efficiency. His experience ranges from app development, web design, and marketing, to architecture, automotive, and non-profit sectors, contributing significantly to the growth and improvement of various teams and businesses.

Russ believes in thinking outside the box and approaching challenges with a goal-oriented mindset. Whether designing solutions, building effective teams, or adopting new habits, he continuously seeks opportunities for growth and improvement.

Currently serving in a leadership role at neKey, a cybersecurity focused managed technology services provider in the Greater Philadelphia Region, Russ is eager to share his experiences and insights. He looks forward to collaborating with others on a journey of exploration and insight to shape a better future together.


Susan Baer

Vice President of Talent Management, Aim NationaLease

Susan has been with Aim NationaLease since October 2021. After starting as Director of Talent Management, she was promoted to VP of Talent Management in October 2024.

With a background spanning retail management and buying, pharmaceutical sales, outside sales, and nurse recruitment, Susan has the skills and experience for the challenges of the trucking industry. As the first voice a potential employee hears, she believes the recruitment department not only sets the tone for the candidate but also gets to change the lives of their families as well.

During her tenure at Aim, Susan has successfully worked to streamline hiring processes through job posting automation, drip email campaigns, marketing collaboration for brand awareness and social media outreach, and interview guides. She believes having a cohesive recruitment team has been instrumental in the pursuit of the company’s hiring goals, and is incredibly proud and honored to work for Aim.

Susan lives in Seven Fields, PA, with her husband Michael, and sons Adam and Ethan. An avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, she enjoys gardening, reading, and walking her Golden Retriever Luna. She is also a member of St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church, Chairman of the Panerathon for Aim Transportation Solutions (Joanie Abdu Breast Cancer Walk), and supports the United Way of Mahoning County and St. Vincent DePaul Society.

Susan obtained her Bachelor’s degree in English from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.


Jane Clark

Senior Vice President of Operations, NationaLease

Jane Clark serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at NationaLease, bringing nearly 15 years of dedicated service to the organization. In her current role, she oversees Member Services, including Reciprocal Service, Purchasing, Meetings, and National Account Support. Jane strategically manages resources, cultivates strong member relationships, optimizes costs, and fosters collaboration within NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as the Area Vice President for Randstad, showcasing leadership in the recruitment services industry. Her professional journey also includes management roles with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from North Central College and a Master of Arts in Communication from Northern Illinois University, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning. Her proven leadership and strategic vision contribute significantly to NationaLease's operational efficiency and the delivery of exceptional member services.


Lonnie Cook

Service Manager, Cargo Transporters Inc.

Lonnie Cook grew up in a small town in North Carolina, where he played with trucks in the yard. You can say since childhood, working with trucks has always been in his blood. In 1985, Cook joined the US Army and served 11 years as the Wheeled and Track Vehicle Repairman/Vehicle Recovery. Following his exit from the military, he worked in a small truck shop in central North Carolina, and eventually at a small Freightliner dealership in Hickory, North Carolina. Throughout his career, Cook has fulfilled several roles at the dealership level, from service to engine technician including the rebuild of most heavy-duty vehicles. In May 2014, Cook joined Cargo Transporters Inc. as the Service Manager.


Rob Garcia

Senior Vice President of Supply Management, NationaLease

Robert Garcia, Senior Vice President, Supply Management, manages a team of professionals that focus on providing competitive advantage through strengthened supplier relationships, reduced cost, and improved supplier accountability throughout NationaLease supply chain programs. Rob brings an accomplished executive background in product line management with financial and market analysis expertise. Rob’s professional experience of twenty-eight years includes managing roles in the finance technologies, transportation, construction, logistics, banking, and communications industries. Rob served nine years as Senior Operations Manager for Ryder Transportation Services where he was responsible for managing vehicle operation centers, marketing, and financial activities. Rob earned a BA and MBA - Finance, from the University of Miami.


Mark Jamieson

Director of Business Development - Alternate Power Products, Cummins Inc.

Mark Jamieson is a key leader at Cummins on the company’s approach to Destination Zero, its strategy to go further, faster to reduce the greenhouse gas (GHG) and air quality impacts of its products and reach net-zero emissions by 2050. Jamieson is focused on Cummins’ alternate technologies, considering all low carbon fuel paths for Cummins’ products including natural gas and Hydrogen internal combustion engines as well as battery electric and fuel cell electric vehicles. Mark leverages his experience having worked in both Cummins Accelera and Engine businesses, partnering with both OEMs and fleets to help them leverage Cummins broad product range and capabilities for their success.

Mark joined Cummins in 2005 in its Turbocharger component business in the United Kingdom and has held a broad range of roles in account management and business development. His experience has equipped him with a unique global perspective, with his latest roles focused on establishing the next generation of products in North America, as well as looking to future opportunities as alternative power adoption rates increase.


Cornelius Jones

Transport Sector Technical Subject Matter Expert, Shell Oil Company

Cornelius is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Transport Sector Technical Subject Matter Expert at Shell Oil Company. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Alabama and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from LeTourneau University, he has built an impressive 28 year career—eight years in Upstream Production and 20 years in Downstream lubricants.

Beyond his corporate expertise, Cornelius is the author of The Corporate Hustle, a guide to excelling in corporate America. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE). Additionally, he holds the 32nd-degree Scottish Rite Mason.

His professional training and certifications include CAT engine technology, Cummins EPA 2010-2017 ISX15/X15 engine technology, oil and gas process technology, construction engineering and management, construction safety and risk awareness, and QA/QC internal auditing under Lloyds, as well as Lead Auditor certification under IRCA per ISO 9001:2008. He is also an advisor on the ATA-TMC task/committee team.

Outside of his professional life, he enjoys Kung Fu, rock gardening, riding motorcycles, and working on cars.


Carli Kuntze

Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Aim NationaLease

Carli Kuntze is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Aim. Since starting her journey with Aim in 2008 as an HR assistant, Carli has steadily advanced her ranking, first being promoted to Human Resource Manager, then to Director of Human Resources, and then to her most recent role as Vice President of Human Resources. In August of 2024, she proudly stepped into her new role as Senior Vice President.

As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Carli oversees the entire HR department. In this pivotal position, Kuntze serves as the primary HR liaison across all divisions within Aim. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of critical functions, including, but not limited to, addressing personnel matters, overseeing payroll, shaping and enforcing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with retention and legal standards. Additionally, Kuntze plays a crucial role in maintaining Aim’s award-winning company culture by promoting excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity, and her leadership will ensure that Aim continues to thrive as an employer of choice.

Kuntze is a graduate of Youngstown State University and Malone University-- earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from YSU and her MBA from Malone.

Kuntze and her husband reside in Salem, OH, with their two children.


Tom Mash

VP of Operations, Brown NationaLease

Tom Mash has been with Brown NationaLease for 32 years and as VP of Operations he oversees the operation of Brown’s 19 shops and over 3500 pieces of equipment. Tom thoroughly enjoys fighting the daily battles that the trucking industry throws at all of us and is extremely grateful that Brown has great ownership, management, and support staff that he works with every day to keep the trucks running and the shops moving forward.


Bill Pippine

National Fleet Account Manager, Bendix

Bill Pippine is currently in role as National Fleets Account Manager at Bendix. He has been with them for over 7 years including role as National Account Manager for the AM channel prior to taking the fleet role. Prior to Bendix, Bill was sales account manager and product engineering manager for two other heavy truck suppliers along with spending 15 years in the automotive industry in similar roles.

He has a Bachelors of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering and Management Institute) in Flint, MI, and resides in the St Louis, Missouri area with his two teenage sons and spouse. Outside of work, Bill spends time traveling back to the western states to ski and mountain bike with his family, watching his son's lacrosse games, and cheering for his hometown Buffalo Bills.


Joe Puff

Vice President of Truck Technology and Maintenance, NationaLease

Joe is a 40-year veteran of the transportation industry with extensive experience in fleet management, commercial vehicle maintenance, and business management. Joe is responsible for analyzing fleet operations, designing transportation solutions, and reducing the total cost of vehicle ownership. He is also responsible for sharing vehicle technologies and best practices throughout the NationaLease North American network.


Dean Vicha

President, NationaLease

An industry leader with over 30 years of experience, Dean Vicha's success in the truck leasing industry comes from the principals of personal responsibility, unrelenting perseverance and confidence focused on the growth of the customers, members, and business partners of NationaLease.

Vicha began his career with NationaLease as a National Account Executive for the Midwest in 2005, where he substantially grew the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Vicha became the Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team to a record-breaking year in sales. In 2012, Vicha was named President of NationaLease, where he helps members increase their market share and decrease their cost of business. In the last decade, he has grown the company in terms of size and scope. Today, NationaLease has more than 1,000 locations and a fleet count of over 184,000 throughout the United States and Canada.
