Adrian Chapman

Founder/CEO, Cover3 Consulting

Adrian is the founder and CEO of Cover 3 Consulting, a recruiting firm that focuses on the transportation and logistics industry since 2019. He also is the founder and host of the “Recruiting Stories” podcast which has interviewed leaders around the country about how recruiting has impacted their journey.

An athlete his whole life, Adrian Chapman learned the value of recruiting early. Adrian was a college football and track athlete graduating from Minnesota State University and had a chance to compete with the United States Bobsled team’s developmental squad for a year. Competing with world class athletes taught him that it takes not just passion to win at a high level, but unparalleled talent.

With 10 years of experience recruiting and a lifetime of competing, Adrian’s goal is to help transportation organizations build championship teams for a higher purpose.


Jane Clark

Vice President of Member Services, NationaLease

Jane Clark is the Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world's largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an M.A. in Communication from Northern Illinois University.


Ken Davis

Founder, Greentree Advisors LLC

Ken Davis is the Founder of Greentree Advisors, a consulting company to the global vehicle industry. Prior to establishing the company in 2018, Ken spent 31 years with Eaton PLC, most recently as Vehicle Group President. During his time spent in this role, he helped generate $3.5B in group revenue, managed 46 facilities in 15 countries, and led eight joint ventures for the industrial manufacturer. With almost four decades of experience in the global vehicle industry, Ken serves as a member of several joint venture boards of directors, including Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies, Southwest Michigan First, and Gilmore Car Museum. He received a BS degree in General Management from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.


Golden G. Richard III

Ph.D., Professor of Computer Science and Engineering; Director, LSU Cyber Center; Associate Director for Cybersecurity, Center for Computation and Technology (CCT),Louisiana State University

Golden G. Richard III is a cybersecurity professor and a Fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences. He has over 45 years of practical experience in computer systems and computer security and is currently Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, Director of the LSU Cyber Center and the Applied Cybersecurity Lab, and Associate Director for Cybersecurity at the Center for Computation and Technology (CCT) at LSU. His primary areas of expertise are memory forensics, malware analysis, exploit development, and reverse engineering. Dr. Richard earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of New Orleans and M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from The Ohio State University. His first floppy drive cost $600 and required financing; despite that, he's still very much alive.


Joe Gallick

Senior Vice President of Sales, NationaLease

An experienced supply chain executive and spokesperson, Joseph K Gallick is a prominent leader in the truck leasing, maintenance and logistics industry. A graduate of Montclair State University, Gallick has served as a corporate liaison with numerous business and academic partnerships including the Penn State University Center for Supply Chain Research where he was the 2010 recipient of the Penn State University Robert D. Pashek Award for his contributions to the logistics and transportation fields. Gallick is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Truck Rental and Leasing Association, National Private Truck Council, as well as various industry trade organizations.


Ryan Schreiber

Chief Growth Officer, Metafora

Ryan Schreiber has lived his career at the intersection of transportation and technology. As the Chief Growth Officer at Metafora, Ryan leads growth strategies that leverage the company's strengths and taps into new opportunities for both the company and the industry at large. Ryan’s commitment to the transportation and logistics industry is evident through his authorship for publications such as FreightWaves and Journal of Commerce and through his additional work as an angel investor and advisor to multiple logistics and freight tech businesses. Ryan has made substantial contributions to Metafora's progress and growth, including building partnerships, expanding services, launching new products, developing marketing strategies, and serving as a subject matter expert.


Mark Shonka

He is an authority on a range of sales topics including selling value, strategic account selling, strategic account management, account planning, and sales leadership. Mark has been in a leadership role at IMPAX Sales Performance for more than 30 years.

Prior to joining IMPAX, he had a successful sales career in the information systems industry working for IBM. He has a bachelor's degree in Marketing/Management from the College of St. Thomas and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Mark is actively involved in the community, providing leadership in academic foundations, sports associations and his faith community.


Jim Stetz

Vice President Dedicated Contract Carriage, NationaLease

Jim Stetz is the Vice President Dedicated Contract Carriage, where he is responsible for growing the organization's dedicated logistics business solutions. Since 1983, Stetz has held various sales and organizational development positions within Dedicated Contract Carriage, Distribution Center Management, International, 4PL/LLP, and Transportation Management solutions. He holds a Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) designation from the National Private Truck Council (NPTC). His career and achievements span widely across the truck leasing and logistics industry including Penske Logistics, where he received Penske's prestigious "Winners Circle" award in 2007 & 2011; and sales achievement more than $30M both years; and DHL Supply Chain, where he was part of the Chemical Logistics Division. Stetz earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Akron, College of Business Administration and was also a member of CSCMP (formerly CLM) and the Warehouse Education Research Council (WERC) from 2005 – 2009. He is a current member of the NPTC.


Dean Vicha

President, NationaLease

An industry leader with over 30 years of experience, Dean Vicha's success in the truck leasing industry comes from the principals of personal responsibility, unrelenting perseverance and confidence focused on the growth of the customers, members, and business partners of NationaLease.

Vicha began his career with NationaLease as a National Account Executive for the Midwest in 2005, where he substantially grew the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Vicha became the Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team to a record-breaking year in sales. In 2012, Vicha was named President of NationaLease, where he helps members increase their market share and decrease their cost of business. In the last decade, he has grown the company in terms of size and scope. Today, NationaLease has more than 1,000 locations and a fleet count of over 184,000 throughout the United States and Canada.

In his downtime, Vicha enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney and children Riley and Brendan and playing golf or attending a sporting event. Vicha is a 1992 graduate of Illinois State University.
