Ken Davis

Founder, Greentree Advisors LLC

Ken Davis is the Founder of Greentree Advisors, a consulting company to the global vehicle industry. Prior to establishing the company in 2018, Ken spent 31 years with Eaton PLC, most recently as Vehicle Group President. During his time spent in this role, he helped generate $3.5B in group revenue, managed 46 facilities in 15 countries, and led eight joint ventures for the industrial manufacturer. With almost four decades of experience in the global vehicle industry, Ken serves as a member of several joint venture boards of directors, including Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies, Southwest Michigan First, and Gilmore Car Museum. He received a BS degree in General Management from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Mark Jamieson

Director of Business Development - Alternate Power Products, Cummins Inc.

Mark Jamieson is a key leader at Cummins on the company’s approach to Destination Zero, its strategy to go further, faster to reduce the greenhouse gas (GHG) and air quality impacts of its products and reach net-zero emissions by 2050. Jamieson is focused on Cummins’ alternate technologies, considering all low carbon fuel paths for Cummins’ products including natural gas and Hydrogen internal combustion engines as well as battery electric and fuel cell electric vehicles. Mark leverages his experience having worked in both Cummins Accelera and Engine businesses, partnering with both OEMs and fleets to help them leverage Cummins broad product range and capabilities for their success.

Mark joined Cummins in 2005 in its Turbocharger component business in the United Kingdom and has held a broad range of roles in account management and business development. His experience has equipped him with a unique global perspective, with his latest roles focused on establishing the next generation of products in North America, as well as looking to future opportunities as alternative power adoption rates increase.

Jim Meil

Principal, Industry Analysis, ACT Research LLC

Jim Meil has been recognized as a leading industrial sector economist and planner for over 35 years. At ACT Research, he is responsible for forecasts and commentary on the North American economy, and analyzing trends and the outlook for the manufacturing and construction industries, and for leading ACT Research’s efforts to forecast commercial vehicle electrification.

He is a contributor to Blue Chip Economic Indicators and The Wall Street Journal monthly U.S. economic forecast panels, and is frequently quoted in national media and in transportation and industrial trade press.

Meil has received first-place recognition in the Wall Street Journal’s survey of 50 forecasters and ranked among USA Today’s “Top 10 Economic Forecasters” for accuracy.
Prior to joining ACT Research, Meil spent 29 years in the planning department of Eaton Corporation, retiring from the position of Vice President and Chief Economist in April 2014. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the National Association for Business Economics, the professional trade group of business economists.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and a Bachelor of Arts (with honors) in economics from the University of Chicago.

Dean Vicha

President, NationaLease

An industry leader with over 30 years of experience, Dean Vicha's success in the truck leasing industry comes from the principals of personal responsibility, unrelenting perseverance and confidence focused on the growth of the customers, members, and business partners of NationaLease.

Vicha began his career with NationaLease as a National Account Executive for the Midwest in 2005, where he substantially grew the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Vicha became the Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team to a record-breaking year in sales. In 2012, Vicha was named President of NationaLease, where he helps members increase their market share and decrease their cost of business. In the last decade, he has grown the company in terms of size and scope. Today, NationaLease has more than 1,000 locations and a fleet count of over 184,000 throughout the United States and Canada.

In his downtime, Vicha enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney and children Riley and Brendan and playing golf or attending a sporting event. Vicha is a 1992 graduate of Illinois State University.

Mike Walker

Director of Transportation, Metal Sales

Mike Walker has extensive experience in transportation and operations management. Mike started his career as an Operations Manager at North American Van Lines, where he was responsible for leading a staff of 15 and ensuring the satisfaction of customers. Mike then moved to Walmart, where he served as an Operation Manager, overseeing the distribution of merchandise to stores and managing monthly financial performance. Currently, he holds the position of Director of Transportation at Metal Sales Manufacturing Corp.

Mike attended Indiana University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Transportation.
