The hotel’s daily resort fee is $35/room, per day. The resort fee includes the following amenities:

• Two (2) bottles of water per day
• Premium in-room coffee, replenished daily
• Complimentary daily 4 p.m. tour of the Rick Smith Golf Performance Center
• Use of golf practice facility
• 30 minute tennis demonstration every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
• 10 am exclusive South Beach access with 2 lounge chairs and 1 umbrella per guest room (reservations required 24 hours in advance)
• Unlimited toll-free and local calls
• Premium high-speed internet in the guest rooms, public areas and meeting spaces
• Newspaper available at the front desk.
