Andrew Adeniyi

CEO & Founder, AAA Solutions

Andrew is a first-generation Nigerian American from South Bend, Indiana, and the CEO & Founder of AAA Solutions; a consulting firm that provides business strategy, workplace culture, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) consulting and speaking services to small businesses and non-profits.

Andrew obtained his bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington. He then went on to complete his Master of Science from Michigan State University in Management, Strategy & Leadership. Lastly, Andrew received a certificate in DEI in the Workplace from The Muma College of Business at The University of South Florida.

With over 10 years of executive-level management experience, Andrew has helped dozens of clients improve their employee engagement and create a sense of belonging within their organizations.

Andrew currently resides just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife and three kids and published his first book titled The Circle of Leadership in the Summer of 2020. The book serves as an entrepreneurial framework on how to create and leverage culture.


Melissa Brown

Human Resources Executive

Melissa Brown is a human resources executive with over 25 years of progressive experience in human resource management as well as operations management. Her specialty is transforming the human resources practice from a process and policy enforcement agent to an integrated player in the executive and operations support team. She develops human resources strategies that evaluates business risk while maintaining a healthy balance employee and employer needs. She has worked for companies in manufacturing, logistics and distribution, engineering, construction and most recently, parking. These companies have ranged in size from 200 to 35,000 employees.


Jane Clark

Vice President of Member Services, NationaLease

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world's largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an MA in Communication from Northern Illinois University.


Patty Durkin

Chief Human Resources Officer, Aim Transportation Solutions

Patty began her career with Aim as a human resource manager in 2006. She became Vice President of Human Resources in 2010 when Aim continued to grow as a company. In 2022 Patty became the Chief Human Resource Officer earning the top ranking in Human Resources with Aim.

She holds a bachelor's degree in human resources and an associate degree in business management from Youngstown State University.

Patty is a member of the Western Reserve Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Managers and has held the program chair position in prior years. She received her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification in 2006.


Allison Martin

Clinical Professor of Law, Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law

Allison Martin is a Clinical Professor of Law at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Before her academic career, she practiced employment law in Illinois. She has now been teaching for 26 years. One of her courses is Employment Law. She has been the recipient of numerous teaching awards and Dean's fellowships. On a personal note, her husband has been in the trucking industry for 28 years.

JB Rihm, joined Rihm NationaLease in 2011, representing the 4th generation of Rihm's at the dealership. Rihm Family Companies - Rihm Kenworth, RMC Truck Parts, Rihm Leasing & Rihm Global Sales - is a premier heavy duty truck full service dealership, aftermarket truck parts company, and a full service lease & rental company, operating in Minnesota, Wisconsin & South Dakota. Rihm Global Sales exports heavy duty trucks and parts throughout the world into more than 60 different countries. Rihm Kenworth was recognized by Kenworth in 2012 with a Silver Award for Dealer Excellence, as Medium Duty Dealer of the Year for 2011, for having the Top Sales Manager, Top Medium Duty Sales as PACCAR Parts Engine Parts & Service Dealer of The Year for 2012.


Quincy Sauer

Attorney, Macey Swanson LLP

Quincy Sauer is an attorney at the law firm of Macey Swanson LLP. Ms. Sauer concentrates her practice in the area of labor and employment law and litigation. She counsels clients on a variety of employment issues including wage and hour regulations, employment discrimination, family medical leave, employee benefits, and privacy rights. Ms. Sauer also assists clients in reviewing employment agreements, non-competition agreements, non-solicitation agreements, severance agreements, and benefits packages. Ms. Sauer is a member of the Indianapolis (member, Labor & Employment Law Section) and Indiana State bar associations. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University and her J.D. degree from the IU McKinney School of Law.


Trent Tangen

Assistant Vice President of Population Health, HealthCheck360

Trent has been part of the HealthCheck360 team for over ten years and is currently the Assistant Vice President of Population Health overseeing the enhancement and effectiveness of the medical management and health coaching programs. In addition to his education, he currently holds certifications as an Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Health Coach with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and completed the Rocky Mountain Tobacco Treatment Specialist training.

Trent is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa where he obtained a BA in Physical Education and MA in Exercise Science. After graduation, Trent started his career as a Wellness Specialist supporting the recovery of adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses with Project Transition. After four years with Project Transition, Trent served as the Assistant Director, Fitness & Wellness for the University of Illinois Springfield (UIS).


Dean Vicha

President, NationaLease

An industry leader with over 30 years of experience, Dean Vicha's success in the truck leasing industry comes from the principals of personal responsibility, unrelenting perseverance and confidence focused on the growth of the customers, members, and business partners of NationaLease.

Vicha began his career with NationaLease as a National Account Executive for the Midwest in 2005, where he substantially grew the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Vicha became the Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team to a record-breaking year in sales. In 2012, Vicha was named President of NationaLease, where he helps members increase their market share and decrease their cost of business. In the last decade, he has grown the company in terms of size and scope. Today, NationaLease has more than 1,000 locations and a fleet count of over 184,000 throughout the United States and Canada.

In his downtime, Vicha enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney and children Riley and Brendan and playing golf or attending a sporting event. Vicha is a 1992 graduate of Illinois State University.


Chris Ward

Partner, Labor & Employment Attorney, Foley & Lardner LLP

Christopher Ward is a partner and labor and employment attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP representing and counseling employers throughout the country, with particular emphases on class action litigation, wage and hour issues, and labor relations matters. His practice additionally focuses on hospitality litigation and advising health care industry employers on labor and employment concerns.

Christopher is a regular presenter at employment law conferences and national webinars and is the chief architect of the mold-shattering format for Foley's annual HR/Labor & Employment Summit hosted at the Chicago House of Blues combining practical insight with a casual, engaging format.

Christopher graduated from Northwestern University and the University of Illinois College of Law. In every year from 2012 to 2019, Christopher has been named to the list of Illinois Super Lawyers–Rising Stars.
