Cancellations:
Room cancellations must be communicated directly to the hotel 24 hours prior to scheduled date of arrival to avoid a penalty equal to one night's room rate, plus tax.

Reservation Deadline:
The hotel will accept reservations, at the discounted rate of $399 plus tax per night until Friday, August 2nd, 2024. Rooms will be available until the deadline or until the room block is full.
